We recently learned that our house had mold in several areas, and I began getting estimates for the remediation. The first two companies that came out were only going to do the remediation without repairing or replacing any drywall or flooring that they would have to take out, leaving me to find another contractor for the final repairs. Then a friend who works in maintenance at a large office property that has used Mold N More for mold removal at their property recommended that I call the owner, Angela, and I’m certainly glad I did. Not only was her price much lower than the other estimates, but she also included full repairs upon completing the remediation. And even replaced drywall that was removed to replace the a/c by a different contractor, which was way outside the scope of mold remediation. Also, she personally has acted more like a general contractor for this job, coordinating with the a/c contractor, recommending and coordinating with an electrician for some uncovered electrical repairs, and an insulation company to replace the attic insulation. She has made this trying process much more manageable than it otherwise would have been, and I’m sure glad that I didn’t hire any other company.

Very beautiful beach with White Sand and panoramic views of the sea. Walking barefoot isn't recommended as there are many shells on the beach. Great to visit for sunset views.

Probably one of the best beaches around. No honkytonk. No hotels or skyscrapers obscuring the water. Just clean views of the gulf with people wanting calmness. Plenty of places to pitch an umbrella or sit at the beach restaurant. Across the street there are a couple of restaurants as well. The only negative is that there is no free parking.

The place is beautiful and quiet. Plenty of scenery offshore with boaters and the occasional dolphin. Breeze comes and goes. Beach is soft and easy to plant an umbrella. Parking is not dirt cheap, but just fine for a half day in the sun.

Just had some flood damaged furniture located in Treasure Island removed by Pirates Junk Removal. Chris, Karen and Josiah (sorry if misspelled!) were amazing to work with. They gave me clear communication, very reasonable pricing and fast service. The whole experience was joyful even though the circumstances for calling them were not great. They first restored the damage & then helped us put it back together as they are a construction company as well. They worked quickly and were so precise with all the detail in our building. Ceilings fell, walls were damaged and we were overwhelmed. Kevin and his crew removed all the debris, and used fans and dehumidifiers to keep mold from developing further. Brian Neal was great with communication. I had a ceiling in my master bedroom which was showing what appeared to be water damage/mold from a leaky room. His team was professional, answered many questions, and took two days to remove and discard the moldy insulation and ceiling. I highly recommend them. The only negative was the price for the work.
