We had a little snaffú, but overall I think he was fair. The couch price was a little high compared to the bedrooms carpets. But the items that they did do, they did really well. The stain on 1 of my dining chairs was removed and looks as if it never happened, which is great! And the carpets that they did clean, looked really good as well. Overall, I’d recommend.

I called Mr. Rooter after receiving a quote from another plumber for $3,000!! The same work was performed by Mr. Rooter for less than $600!! Mr. Rooter was professional and friendly. He assured me that he could get someone (Jordan) within the hour to do the repair & told me what charges to expect up front. At 145 pm my doorbell rang and Jake was here. He was prompt efficient, honest, and had my issues fixed in minutes. Danny was so nice on the phone when he was reaching out to me for details after we had damages to part of our fence from hurricane Milton. He told me that due to the hurricane, there was a lot of work orders and it could take a while to fix which is completely understandable after a major storm like that. To my surprise, he texted the next day and said he was able to come fix the post that broke since it was a minor repair. Upon completion, Tim communicated successfully removing the stains he identified. However, after allowing two full days for the couch to dry, I noticed residual dirt in non-stained areas, particularly on the corners and sides of cushions. Seeking a resolution, I reached out via email, expressing my concern and requesting a partial refund for the opportunity to engage another service for a thorough, overall cleaning. Despite my efforts, I've yet to receive a response from Best Carpet Care Cleaning, leaving me in a state of uncertainty and dissatisfaction.
