Chris and Sara performed a duct cleaning at my house. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions. They made sure they left my house better and cleaner than when they started the service. I will definitely use Paul Davis for any service I may need in the future on my house.

Lupe and Charlie were great to work with and my two bathrooms and bedroom look beautiful. I especially appreciate that when they found some pipes in bad shape, they told me about it instead of just continuing with their work. This way, I was able to get it taken care of while the walls were already opened up. It would have been awful to have my brand new bathroom torn out in a few months or so due to a leaking pipe.

So Ahmed was my Project Manager. All around great person. If I had an issue he took care of me. I am giving 4 star simple because he as a manager took care of our issues(5 star). If you're to use this company just be mindful that the workers although work hard are a little sloppy, but if all project managers are like Ahmed then they will be held accountable. If the workers were less sloppy and treated my stuff in the house a little better I would of gave 5 stars. Anything damaged by them Paul Davis replaced. And even after the work is complete, Ahmed still keeps up and makes sure it was to our liking. It sucked that we had a pipe burst and had to go through that but I am glad we had Paul Davis to the rescue. Took less than 2 months and house is back to normal. Which is pretty speedy when you are dealing with Insurance Adjusters and Mortgage company. Thank you Paul Davis!!!!
