James Gribble immediately sent out his team who cordoned off our family room from the rest of the house and installed dehumidifiers and Hepa air scrubbers. By January 2020, we had a completely remodeled family room that is beyond beautiful with great craftsmanship and attention to detail. Gio Galarza was the Project Manager who helped fulfill my vision. They did such a great job that my husband said to have them remodel our kitchen. My kitchen is 99% finished, and is beautiful and functional enough to be on the Food Network or HGTV! We had Mike and Rich both working on our renovation. From the start to the finsih it went of without a hitch! They were so easy to work with. We had a water leak that resulted in having an insurance claim. We had to have the cement slab torn up, pipes fixed and then slab fixed and all new floors. They did it all within 2 weeks. They kept us in the loop the whole time, giving us updates. They also cleaned up so nicely as well as protecting all of our cabinets and appliances that stayed in the house. The best floor installation I have ever used. True flooring professionals, timely and amazing craftsmanship. Our hardwood floors look like in new condition. As a property management company Royal Richie Restoration is the best we have ever used in 20 years. We look foreword to our next hardwood floor installation with them.

He was extremely helpful in suggesting a few vendors for the flooring, and even took us to one of his job sites to give us an idea of what kind of work his team does. We called Royal Richey Restoration to get an opinion as to whether or not our water damaged wood floors could be saved. Two other people told us the floors had to be replaced at a cost of $6,000-$8,000. Keith said he thought they could be saved. We bought a dehumidifier for $300.00 and he charged $700.00, and the floors look great. We saved $5,000-$7,000 in hiring Keith. It's tough to find honest people these days, but you have one with Keith and Royal Richey Restoration.

I had a great experience with a Dry Solutions. I called on a Monday morning because I learned that my vacant house in Florida had a kitchen sink leak and extensive water saturation. Rick sent a team out within a few hours, then quickly called me with an explanation of the damage and an estimate. He sent multiple photographs. They got started on the work the same day and gave me regular updates and photos up until the end of the job. At every stage, Rick answered all of my questions. The damaged carpet and cabinetry was removed from the premises and the house was left clean after all the work. I don’t know if this is standard, but I very much appreciated that the company took the time to dig out the long buried main water shut off in the yard rather than just shutting off the supply lines to the sink. I did not have time to get multiple quotes but I feel confident that the work done was excellent value for the money.

I was in need of plumbing services and decided to call Roto Rooter due to an illness of another Plummer I was assigned Justin and that turned out to be a very good thing. He had to cut into a wall inside the house I think he felt as bad about doing it as I did but he was able to make the repair and as he said we hit the lottery and the repair went as smoothly as it could have. He even changed the fitting on the pipe when I was being picky and thought it would look better a different way. I will definitely be calling and requesting him if I ever need anything. I Started the process February 5th to get a free estimate for a job in my house. First, they were responsive and guided me to set up a mold test with another company. Got it done, and then I was told Servpro would get back to me in a week after the results came in. They didn't; I had to follow up and send the results to them. Setting up an appointment took over two weeks; they came out to take pictures on March 11th. Iris was not pleasant at all and seemed bothered to be there. Jaime, the woman who set it up, never followed up. I was told the estimate would come to me in a couple of days. This was almost 4 weeks ago so I emailed Jennifer, a week ago and never received an answer. I called today a week later and was told Jaime would call me back. Jaime called back, was rude, and when I asked about the estimate, she responded that the estimate team came back with $5,000 to $8,000 for the job. I asked to get it sent to me so I could look it over, and she replied that they don't do that. Weird. I asked about the $3,000 difference, and she responded that I would have to sign a contract and put a deposit down to get the quote. It felt like they didnt have an estimate and threw some numbers out. That's the first time I've heard of a company doing that after stating a free estimate. The whole time there was a lack of communication; I had to send emails or call to follow up. I seriously doubt that Jaime would have called me today about the quote, so who knows how long I would have been waiting? Very unprofessional of a business of this size. Two months of wasted time. If you didn't want to do the job, then just say so.
