Daniel and his crew were amazing! We got our house flooded after a hurricane and they were very good about explaining the process, before and during, to us. They finished our house in one day. As they were working Daniel would explain what would and wouldn’t be covered by the insurance to make sure they didn’t do anything that wasn’t covered. They were prompt and communicated with us every step of the way.

We had a water leak from our upstairs neighbor's AC and Rainbow Restoration was quick to respond and worked with our Allstate home owners insurance to remediate the water from our home. They first installed drying equipment to dry out all affected drywall and then came back to remove our vinyl flooring under which the water had accumulated and couldn't be removed from with fans and dehumidifier. After another couple of days to dry the exposed concrete their work was completed to our satisfaction. Now the rebuilding starts with a contractor. Jason and his team were very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and showed good common sense to keep further inconvenience for us as low as possible (for example vacuuming after removing the floors before turning the fans on so that dust and debris is not being blown around in out house, or washing off their foot prints on our remaining floors, etc.). Thank you Jason and the rest of the Rainbow team!

The best thing that happened was when my old water softener broke down, for years going to buy salt load it unload it & put it in. When it finally broke again I called Water Pro, Matthew came right out & installed a new one.
