Waterworks - Bradenton

Tampa Bay Water Desalination Facility utilizes the process of reverse osmosis to change seawater into drinkable water. It is the only seawater desalination plant on the east coast of the United States. It has a maximum capacity of 28 million gallons per day and a design flow of 25 million gallons per day. The plant is operated by American Water Acciona Agua. Tours can be requested through Tampa Bay Water.

I recently dined at American Water Pridesa and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I especially loved the variety on the menu. I can't wait to return for another meal! Highly recommend!

First time going very easy to navigate. It’s kept clean (for a trash site) and orderly. You’ll need your ad valorem tax printout and a photo ID to be able to dump any material. You can find and print that on the Hillsborough County website. Once you pull up someone will verify your documents and ask you what items your bringing. You will then be directed to the area that material is being sorted.

I thought it was really organized and easy to navigate. Each bay has a number and it's separated out nicely. Went on a Saturday and no one was there so it was right in right out, super easy

This used to be my go to location for years for our company to bring unwanted items to. The past few weeks it has been all downhill and reversed all trust and likeness I've had towards this location. 2 weeks straight they were not open to anyone but county workers, this week they are open to regular customers, but only if you have a "dump trailer". I was waiting for over 30 minutes for them to open this morning, the lady working saw me sitting there, never once came over to inform me, just waited for me to wait 35 minutes for them to officially open and then reject me. I liked this location due to how close it is to our area of operation, but the lack of empathy, no customer service (she was horribly rude, couldnt provide any number I could call in case i wanted to verify if they were accepting normal customers) and extremely long wait times when they are rarely open is unbelievable. She couldn't even provide a reason why I couldn't dump but a dump trailer could. I was the only one waiting for them to open, its not like the extra 3 minutes it wouldve taken for me to hand unload my half-filled trailer would have held anyone up. Go elsewhere.

Juan and his crew did an amazing repair of my drywall problem. They took the time to explain the process and completed the job as promised. I so appreciate their attention to detail and their determination to get the job done right the first time. Definitely a 5 Star company that I highly recommend.

I called Juan because his reviews were all 5 stars. He did not disappoint. I used to work for a drywall contractor many years ago and am very picky when it comes to good work. Juan did a great job scraping and reapplying knock down texture over my guest bathroom shower. It looks incredible (mostly because you can’t tell it’s been repaired). Additionally his partner repaired and textured 2 additional areas that needed attention. All of the work was done with great care, to include masking off the entire work area, and once completed asking me if things were done to my satisfaction. Brenden and his team were fast and easy to work with. They were thorough and made sure the room was clean top to bottom. We had Javier and Ricky come out. Very friendly and very professional. They had good communication with what was going on and we understood the whole process. Highly recommend them! They did wonderful work!

Debbie dinged my parent’s house. We were very fortunate as Brendan was about the 4th service provider we spoke to. He did not sell. He educated. We signed on and the service provided was perfect. More than that, Brendan and his team took care of us. Having a home in disarray is stressful and Brendan and his team removed a lot of the stress. A special shout out to Ricky and Erick. Great, reliable company. Lenny was there to take care of any issues that might come up and answered any questions I might have. His employees were very good and polite. Lenny’s job bid and invoices are very detailed. I knew about everything that went into the renovation. Good quality and very trustworthy company. I would hire them again. Thank you so much to Lenny and his crew. They are fantastic people, very professional and kind. They came in after a pipe had a leak in it behind a wall in the bathroom. All the water damaged wall, cabinets, etc were removed and any mold remediated the right way. Every part of the process was explained thoroughly. They took excellent care of all our furniture, etc while this was going on. Everything was wrapped and protected. Then we just had to pick out new cabinets and finishes. The samples are brought to your home so it makes the whole process a lot easier. They rebuilt it all and the bathroom now looks brand new, updated and beautiful.
