Very professional, friendly and prompt. I called, they were there within the hour to assess our water damage and had a guy at our house within another couple of hours to start the restoration process. I talked with our insurance company one time (they called me to get some info on file) but other than that Jarvis has been the one communicating with them and taking care of finances. I really like how Jarvis has laid out some possible options on new floors and using the insurance reimbursement, but has not pushed their services or opinion on us. Completely satisfied and have felt very comfortable through the entire process.

I'm always seen very fast when I come here. Today, I was in and out in 15 mins. I feel heard and listened to. My provider knows my history, and knows that I know what to do/how to manage it. I don't have to fight/advocate for myself. She's amazing. The staff are friendly, too. Love coming here (when I need to.)

All of the staff at Waters Edge Dermatology were very helpful when I went for my yearly exam. Receptionist were friendly. The nurses were welcoming and professional. My dermatologist was very thorough and engaged. Upon leaving, I felt confident that I had a great exam.

Excellent service and treatment! Scheduled appointment through ZocDoc, which made it even more of a seamless experience. PA Hammerling was very pleasant and helpful in treating my concerns. Was in and out of appointment rather quickly and all issues were addressed.

Communication wasn’t great at first, but after a bit of time, he did fix our pool leak! He came back twice to double check the problem

Bob is more than a handyman he is a craftsman. He worked on renovations for our condo in Sebastian and did a fantastic job! He is conscientious, dependable and reliable. He just installed two fans for us on the balcony and did a super job! If you need any type of work done, don't hesitate to contact Bob, you will be pleasantly surprised!

We used this company for a gate repair after trying two other handyman. Mr. Blair came out and rebuilt our gate to perfection. Very happy with his work, professionalism and price. Plan on using him again for our border fencing soon.

Looking to relocate to Sebastian Florida, I came across Maronda Homes. I visited a model off of Roseland. The Sales Agent Ari really assisted me. He gave me insight of numerous of questions I had in mind. Ari really educated me on the market side and definitely knew his craft. Ari gave me and my spouse the upmost attention. He treated us with so much kindness. We left there feeling positive. I recommend if you're looking to purchase a home in Sebastian Visit Maronda homes and Ask for Ari! We have been in our Maronda home for 1 year and we are very pleased. Fortunately, we contracted on our home before this COVID situation took off. From the initial contracting to build the home to the actual construction, things went very smoothly. We attribute much of this to Ricky Garcia (the community sales manager). Ricky was very knowledgeable and handled all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner…he was fantastic to deal with right up to closing. After moving in, we had a few minor warranty issues which were quickly handled to our satisfaction. We have a beautiful home delivered at a great value. Thank you Ricky and Maronda!

We are 1st time home buyers! Our Sales guy Ricky was really great . Our Construction supervisor was good too.. unfortunately towards the end of the process we were really disappointed in Maronda rush and mad dash or get us closed before the end of the year. Our home was not Completed and level of communication between all parties involved in the closing was quite poor. We really felt like they just wanted us to hurry up and sign on the dotted line so they could fill a quota that says they completed X amount of homes this year. That really was not a very good feeling after a process that stared back in October of 2020. I just wanted to finish to be as excited at the start and it was the opposite. They can definitely work on that! Over all we love our home and will love it even more once all of the work is completed!!
