My house was all but destroyed in a fire and ServPro was helpful (at first) with providing quotes for rebuild and cleaning smoky clothes. That is, however, until our very expensive winter coats mysteriously disappeared, even though it was the second smaller batch of clothes we needed cleaned. Pretty wild how nobody knows what we are talking about. Bottom line: When you’re at the bottom, make sure you’re documenting and riding people because there’s always someone ready to screw you over. He is very reasonably priced and incredibly reliable. Shane communicates well and has someone out fast for the fix! When I needed to find a new water treatment service/supply company I was thrilled to find out Shane does this work as well. He also does water softener systems. I highly recommend Shane's services. Called Shane’s Well drilling looking for a quote to replace my well pump. The quote that was provided was very competitive with others that I had received. Shane was also able to come out same day, very key when you have no running water. Shane was at my house for about a half hour and called me to tell me it was a bad wire not my well pump and the well was working again, he repaired the wire. Fast service, honest, competitive pricing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. A+++

When our well pump stopped flowing, we were quoted for a $2300 job by one of the "big companies" in town. I like to get a second opinion on expenses like that so I called Shane. He was able to come by the same day and found that I really only needed $1000 of work because part of my system was fine. He and his team replaced my broken parts the next morning. I'm so thankful for Shane's honesty and prompt customer service.

Mike and his crew were lifesavers! I originally had Frank Gay services to do the job and they were terrible, Mike and his crew with a days notice were able to come to my home and do an ENTIRE re pipe of my 4/3 house in ONE DAY! They even helped this single mom out by repairing the drywall for me to perfection! Thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart for your professionalism and excellence in getting my kids, pets and I back in our home with water again, I HIGHLY recommend them for your plumbing needs!!! I would give 20 stars if it was an option!!!

They went above and beyond my expectations. Other plumbers didn't even try to open up the drain access in my backyard. They have good communication/connections with the city and are very smart and taught me few things. Definitely would recommend and is the only plumber I'll be using from now on with my rental properties

I can't say enough great things about Reel Plumbers. We called to have a section of polybutylene pipe replaced and it turned out we needed a whole home replumb. The whole job was done in a day and they left our place spotless.We were also trying to find a contractor who could take out and replace bathroom vanities and floors and kitchen cabinets, cupboards, sink and floors and replace them. Trying to coordinate different suppliers was proving to be challenging. In chatting with Mike (owner of Reel) we learned that he was also a gc. He did the entire job in a week. The work was high quality and his price beat everyone else we got quotes from. Mike was reliable, always followed up and went the extra mile in making sure we were happy. I would 100% use his services again and can't recommend him highly enough!!!

We recently learned that our house had mold in several areas, and I began getting estimates for the remediation. The first two companies that came out were only going to do the remediation without repairing or replacing any drywall or flooring that they would have to take out, leaving me to find another contractor for the final repairs. Then a friend who works in maintenance at a large office property that has used Mold N More for mold removal at their property recommended that I call the owner, Angela, and I’m certainly glad I did. Not only was her price much lower than the other estimates, but she also included full repairs upon completing the remediation. And even replaced drywall that was removed to replace the a/c by a different contractor, which was way outside the scope of mold remediation. Also, she personally has acted more like a general contractor for this job, coordinating with the a/c contractor, recommending and coordinating with an electrician for some uncovered electrical repairs, and an insulation company to replace the attic insulation. She has made this trying process much more manageable than it otherwise would have been, and I’m sure glad that I didn’t hire any other company.

I recently bought a house that had a heavy smoker for 20 yrs. They remediated the entire space, including walls, floor, ceiling, underside of counters, switch plates, ceiling light fixtures, AC air handler and air ducts... basically every imaginable surface. Very professional, punctual, reasonably priced.
