Ullrich's Water Conditioning Service Inc - Wauchula

New to the area, we were referred to Ullrich's by the person we bought our property from. We explained what we were looking for to Paul and he was able to guide us on which systems we would need. They were extremely responsive and did great work. Our installer Brit was very knowledgeable and conscientious. He asked us how we planned to use our well and gave us some suggestions on how to improve the performance of our well pump with a cycle stop valve. When you call, you get a real person. Their employees are NICE people. I would choose them again any day for any well / water conditioning work.

Hispanic employees are practicing unethical business. I wonder that how come the owner is not aware of this! May be the owner approves this practice. They do not guarantee their work. One guy came and work on pump and couple of days later someone else came and redo it saying it is not a good job. Guess what I paid twice. I have no other choice so I have to call them again and again for maintenance.

They have incompetent employees who sit in their vehicle while your water is turned off for hours while they wait on another co-worker to come finish the work and charge you for literally sitting and waiting! This guy sat for 2-3 HOURS waiting for his co-worker to come do the work while our water was shut off and now they're trying to charge us from the time the first guy showed up and shut out water off even though he sat in his vehicle for hours doing NOTHING.

Worst excuse of an office manager. Very rude personality. They empty half of our trash for the past 3 weeks. When we called the office manager had nothing but excuses for LAZINESS. We've had the same trash can for 3 years. Nothing has changed. I would highly suggest them hiring a new office manager who knows customer service.

The workers are lazy and the owner makes it worse, they are too lazy to pull Trash out of certain containers (or it may just be for us in the black side of Wauchula). I wish hardee county would start collecting their own trash or hire a company with values like “waste management” instead of this little business.

HR lady needs to leave very rude try’s to rush you off the phone. brings ups ridiculous accusations to try to get you upset so she doesn’t have to help…. Hardee county motto when you ask for help you get ridiculed…

I was skeptical about the water quality. Filled a 5 gallon bottle. Tested for TDS and strips for chlorine. I am happy to report that this water matched the 5 gallon Primo water for quality. Water quality is on par with store bought water at a fraction of the price. A great value for clean water.

Best value in Hardee County, Florida. Clean area for water purchase. 25 cents a gallon,great price. The only problem is the customers from the other places of business esp., Dunkin donuts park all around the parking area designated for this business. Designated parking needs to be established around the Watermill Express area, only a few parking ️ areas are needed. Mostly, for the elderly and disabled.

Water tastes great. Parking is a bit of an issue, as everyone parks everywhere and does not follow the parking guidelines. The coin return fails on occasion. But overall glad this water is available

Called Hash Plumbing it when I had a major problem with my well pump, and it had stopped working. The team they sent it isolated and fixed my problems within a reasonable amount of time and helped me get back on track. I think the pricing was reasonable and the expertise was perfect for the issues. I believe we will call Hash back again in the future when the need arises.

These guys are amazing! They answered all my many questions, worked with our crazy scheduling plans and had the issue repaired in no time! The customer service is on point! Thank you to all the ladies in the office for making this happen and to the repair guy (Mr. Luis I think lol). You have a customer for life

Justine came to test our water for the public water awareness program. See did an amazing job of showing and explaining to us what we are using for our drinking water. Do your homework before you buy a water filtration system. Not all are the same. Be sure to ask for Justine to come and educate you.

Joel did a perfect job, very responsible, organized , clean and punctual. He finished both installs and he was very professional individual. Can’t wait to start to enjoy my new water systems from Florida water analysis

We had the water quality tested today ,10/31/2024 by Technician TINA HESS . She was wonderful, very knowledgeable and professional ! She answered patiently and clearly all the questions we had and also made the necessary recommendations for improvement. Thank you.

I had no water pressure called Wahneta water. They promptly sent someone out. The guys that came out, quickly located the problem and took care of it. The guys were the most polite respectful young men I have ever met. Thank you so much for everyone there, really appreciate you!!

Absolutely horrible!!! I wish I could give a negative number! Almost weekly my water is randomly off we are on a brand new sub division and we’re told it’s the best company. That as soon as all homes were built the pressure would also go up. 2 yrs later still same issues and don’t get me started on the office staff. I just called as it’s 9:35 am and again no water. Answering service was so rude and said we just answer the phones we can’t help. I am so over this company!

Bill raised over 800 dollars with no explanation other than we reread your meter and it’s fine. What ever the reason you are still responsible no matter what. No leaks no change in usage and said I had 109,00 increase in three weeks. Customer service is terrible. When I called to get an explanation I was hung up on and called back to just to be told we do t credit anything regardless.
