We had a plumbing emergency and they came and took care of it quickly. I'm the caretaker of a private estate. The owners called and said the septic was backing up into the house. I called Wolfe Plumbing and Brad came asap. He was very polite and explained everything he was doing. The problem was taken care of quickly and very professionally. He made recommendations as to what was needed so it wouldn't happen again. The owners were very pleased and the bill was reasonable considering it was an emergency call at the end of the day. Will definitely give them a call again.

Called them today for a drainage pipe leak. They came out same day and Ryan was fantastic!!! Definitely would recommend. Prompt and very informative.

I manage an apartment complex in Chiefland and have been serviced by this company on several occasions since 2022. That being said, Wolfe plumbing has never failed to meet the repair needs of my complex. Their techs have always carried themselves in a professional and knowledgeable manner EVERY time. I will definitely give Wilson a five star rating! They were able to get to us within a reasonable time after the hurricane Helene and I appreciate the professionalism of our delivery driver. Even though his team was obviously working double shifts for a couple of weeks after the storm, he was courteous, professional, and even explained some of the safety features for me. Would highly recommend this company.

Let me tell you ….. after last year’s debacle with a larger propane company we decided to ask around for a local, reliable and friendly company to get propane from. Our neighbor recommended Wilson Gas out of Trenton. We called them on Sunday. The answering service took our information and we were called back shortly after. They were upfront but not rude about anything. We were down to 15% in our 500 gal tank - getting worried and stressing. They managed to fit us in in their busy schedule today. We will be long time return customers to this local small business company. PS-we are STILL on generator!

I called Wilkes to get a quote for a load of fill material delivered. They gave me a great price with a timely delivery and they were flexible with the method of payment. Highly recommend.

Called Wilks Site Prep to have dirt delivered to my property. Jerry was very helpful and responsive. He had a driver out two days later. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Monica Did an amazing job at getting everything I needed Done quickly and efficiently, she was very helpful in difficult circumstances and for a contractor that needs last minute materials she did an amazing job at getting me everything I needed fast and that is something a lot of manufactures don’t do and this is definitely something that separates Tri-county metals from other manufacturing companies. I wanted to leave a review about Tri Couny Metals' amazing delivery team! Last Thursday (5/2/2024), their delivery driver Art Spencer arrived with the material for my new metal roof. Despite the tight quarters created by the trees in the yard, Art was able to maneuver their large trailer into position with ease so the material could be paced where it was easily retrieved, yet out of the way. His care in making sure everything was placed without bends, scratches, or dents and his attention to detail is what truly makes Art a professional. He was thorough in making sure all items were accounted for and made sure to let me know that I can rely on their customer service team if I find any issues during my install. This has been my first experience with TCM, and it has been wonderful! I appreciate everyone taking time to answer my questions and helping me get the ball rolling on this project.

Response to owner: Here's a picture of all three of the rolling papers I bought. One of them clearly has a different upc code. I am not misleading people, just telling the truth. Don't bother showing up to this place within thirty mins of closing. I showed up at 7:40 and the girl working was crying about wanting to close early the whole time I was in the store. I picked my stuff out and then she went to cash me out, I bought a tin of tips and three packs of all the same rolling paper, When I looked at the screen, the three packs of rolling paper which were all exactly the same, two rung in a $2.99 and the third rung in at $2.50. So, I asked her why it was ringing in like that and she said I don't make the prices, I just scan it. She was also clearly getting frustrated with me because she wanted to leave, so I just paid and as I was leaving, she made sure to follow me to the door. Oh and those same rolling papers everywhere is only a dollar. Needless to say, I'll never stop here again there's tons of other shops not far from here that I can give my business to.

Absolutely fantastic place!!! Extremely nice and helpful. I am a trucker, so pressed on time and parking. I got in and out with everything I wanted in just a few minutes. The lady was knowledgeable about all of the products and had zero problems giving the advice. She went above and beyond :) Got my mod, coils, batteries and Juice and I am now happy again. My old mod compared to this beauty is a no go anymore. Thank you!!!!!
