I needed a bathroom vanity replaced including the plumbing to update my home for sale. Michelle was very professional and did an excellent job. She was prompt and very reliable and went above and beyond by also framing out my mirror to give it an updated look. Fast and efficient! i highly recommend her and will definitely use her for all my future needs!

I am grateful to Michelle and her team for taking a two hour drive and getting work done faster than I have ever seen before. My company sometimes works with home flippers and I was called to clean a house that was in terrible shape. I noticed a lot of water damage and called them right up and with no hesitation Michelle and her team came out and also did a couple of extra things around the house such as made a whole new closet for the lady that hired me. Working with Myles as the project manager was a complete nightmare. $12k later we still have an open ceiling and unfinished balcony. Myles was unresponsive and condescending. It angers me so much thinking about how my family was taken advantage of. With Myles - Professionalism is NONEXISTENT.

We are extremely satisfied with Fowcon. The project manager, Lucca, was very professional and listened to what we wanted. His crew arrived early each day to complete the job in a timely, organized, and professional manner. Lucca offered suggestions for items we had not thought about. He definitely knows his job well. Absolutely phenomenal experience with this team! We had some flooding at our business, and they were SO efficient getting dehumidifiers and fans in and cleaning our floors. They also came in early on Monday morning to reinstall our rubber floors so we’d be ready for our first client that morning. We suffered with hard and smelly water for years (due to not being able to afford an update) and we called a few other companies who wanted our water tested first, which we didn't mind, the process was just time consuming and complicated. Install was only days after which took a few hours of time. I can drastically tell the difference in the water quality just by showering. This is a must of you have calcium deposits. They are fully licensed and insured to accomplish every task, and have earned the trust and confidence of everyone in our family. They're transparent with every task and provide realistic expectations so there are no surprises (remidiation, restoration, permits, gov't inspections, etc). We did multiple searches for help all around the region. We looked at price, location, reviews, specialty, and DryCor was consistently near the top of every search. We contacted a few companies for estimates for the dry-out / saturation mitigation, demo, roof work, and reconstruction, and DryCor was the only company that had all the right credentials for every part of the restoration. They're the best company that was available in a reasonable time, and they were clear about their techniques and their limitations. Robert arrived to assess the damage to the house & property a couple days after we called them. He impressed us by communicating consistently and answering ALL our questions over the span of many hours including a conference telephone call with family and contractor friends. Though he had other clients, he made my parents and our whole family feel like we were his only concern. He literally sat in the backyard fielding every question as if we were his only client. Robert took the time to explain the whole claims process from start to finish in terms that every could understand. He explained how his services are applied within that whole process, and the details that are rarely discussed like the mental stress my parents should expect to face at times. Robert was not pushy, rather he was realistic with the payment of the project as another step in the process. His goal was obvious; to ensure my parents understood the operation as a whole and secure our trust and comfort with the process regardless of whomever did the work. He spoke on a peronal level and identified evidence-based results and experiential moments, he never insulted the competition or make any sort of derogatory remarks about anybody. After a traumatic event like this hurricane, DryCor's assessment proved to be as therapeutic for my parents as efficient as their work. DryCor and team made a great effort to communicate and provide rational and reasonable expectations. There were no surprises; some of the matters that arose were already discussed as possibilities (sea wall, pipes, etc). The entire crew they bring are some of the most professional people I've ever encountered. We can’t say enough about drycore! We had a pipe bust in our master bath while we were out of town. We came home to a huge mess . I was in tears . They came out ASAP and started the process of drying everything out . They prepared a detailed proposal and worked directly with our insurance company for approval.
