Ed showed up on time for our appointment and got to work right away. He did an amazing job and was very meticulous in everything he was doing. We went with the black gutters, and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend Ed to do your custom seamless gutters as well.
*Customer Beware* I inquired with Over the Edge Seamless Gutters back in December to do the gutters over my small courtyard. A man came over to complete an estimate and I agreed to the plan. The man (who I now know is the Owners brother) left and a person by the name of Marci (the owner) calls me to schedule an installation date 3 months out! Marci claims it's because they're a 'small business' and that they only have 1 crew. But to make your potential customers wait 3 months out is downright unacceptable. It's as simple as 'Don't take up more than you can handle.' I give them a chance and I wait 3 months. The gutter day is here and Their gutter guys (only 2 of them) come on time and I was instantly put-off by their appearance. What looks to be the 'crew leader/driver' is chain-smoking cigarettes, his clothes have holes everywhere and are all beat up (not professional looking at all). The second man (which I'm led to believe is the helper), had scabs all over his face, clothes tattered as well, and appeared to be tweaking on something. In a nutshell, it looked as if the owner picked up two substance abusers off the street and employed them because they were cheap. I wish I had stopped them there in their tracks, but I've already waited for this appointment for so long, I needed the work done before rain season starts, So I let them get to work. The guys get to work, finish the job and I'm instantly mortified by what I'm witnessing. There were two downspouts. One aiming towards the garage (which I've stressed to everyone working there that its a flood zone) and the other downspout was aiming towards my courtyard (which I have ALSO stressed from DAY 1 that my courtyard gets flooded extremely easily). I voice my concerns to the gutter workers and they notified me that they will relay the message to the owner and fix it at a later time. Marci phones me to set up a 'quick fix' date and asks why I was not pleased with their work and I express that from day 1, I told them the areas that get flooded (Hence the reason I needed gutters in the first place), and my voice fell upon deaf ears. Marci (the owner) to this date, doesn't believe she or her company did anything wrong. I even notified her that her workers threw rubbish (as they were drilling and cutting away wood pieces) IN the gutters! She said nothing and apologized for nothing. The 'fix date' is here. I had a personal appointment that I needed to tend to, But I notified Marci and her team that they were more than welcome to fix the issue at hand without me being present. The downspout by the garage was fixed and I was pleased, but the second downspout is still aiming towards the courtyard, which will keep flooding it! Also, where the downspout was moved, they never patched up the holes/fixed the damage THEY caused. I'm sick to my stomach at this point. I open my email and I'm met with an email by Marci basically telling me that their work here is finished and if I needed any other future work, I needed to look elsewhere. She gave up on her work and me as a customer and that shows her character and how she does business. Save yourself the headache, the miscommunications, your precious time, money, frustration, and take Marci's (the owners) ending advice. "Look Elsewhere."

Woke up this am to find out our water heater went. Found Crystal Clear Drains on Next door App. Spoke with Crystal and she was able to have someone come today. John was great! Pleasant, professional, and went out of his way to see if our old water heater was covered under a warranty (it was)! John removed the water heater and was able to the warranty exchange for us. John answered our questions and explained how important draining the systems yearly is. Also checked our water pressure and explained why it is important not to be too high. We will use John at Crystal Clear Drain again and highly recommend him!
I’m a realtor and crystal clear drain has saved my client from a nasty clog kitchen sink! They accomplish what others couldn’t by removing a huge grease clog in the kitchen main line. They had commercial equipment that pushed thru 50ft of grease that had accumulated over decades. Very knowledgeable and quick on pin pointing the issues. Highly recommended for anyone who need an expert hands in plumbing!

My house was all but destroyed in a fire and ServPro was helpful (at first) with providing quotes for rebuild and cleaning smoky clothes. That is, however, until our very expensive winter coats mysteriously disappeared, even though it was the second smaller batch of clothes we needed cleaned. Pretty wild how nobody knows what we are talking about. Bottom line: When you’re at the bottom, make sure you’re documenting and riding people because there’s always someone ready to screw you over.
