Daniel and his crew were amazing! We got our house flooded after a hurricane and they were very good about explaining the process, before and during, to us. They finished our house in one day. As they were working Daniel would explain what would and wouldn’t be covered by the insurance to make sure they didn’t do anything that wasn’t covered. They were prompt and communicated with us every step of the way.

Thanks to Max for helping us with the milton damage. We weren’t sure what we were gonna do for our roof and then Max came by and helped us through the whole insurance process. Great company very professional.

Rolando is very knowledgeable and was able to identify the source of the mold. He was very thorough explaining the results of the tests and remediation. Would definitely recommend. Although I hope I don't have to call him again, I would if I have any other issues in the future.

Rolando and the team at Ultra Hygiene were absolutely fantastic. They were always in contact with me via text or phone call - and always available to answer any questions - even on the weekends. They made me feel very good about the whole process and walked me through every aspect of the mold remediation process. Further, they were orderly and clean, careful not to disrupt my apartment any more than necessary during remediation. The team has all of the latest equipment and were very careful with demolition, clean-up, testing, duct-cleaning and re-testing to ensure my apartment was truly mold free at the end of the process. Austin Aguilar and his team did a fantastic task cleaning up the water that spread throughout my basement. There was more damage than we anticipated and Austin and his team were thorough in checking for moisture, removing baseboards and water-soaked flooring. I had a lot of items that were ruined and Austin was friendly asking what I wanted to keep and what needed to go. I know this is something I could not have cleaned up on my own so I am grateful for Austin and his team. They came in on time, put down protective covering on my floors and got right to work. My first Google review, I have nothing to gain from this and never have done this before. This company deserves my time and energy to figure out how to give a review on Google. I have dealt with a large amount of contractors for over 40 years, Professionally and privately. More specifically 4 of these types. This company gets my highest grade for a contractor. They were extremely professional, responsive to our calls, clearly explained what needed to be done and why, texted twice to confirm their departure. They had a clear timeline and followed it. They were as clean as possible and left the work site better than they found it, taking all debris with them. Always asking if we needed anything or had questions. Offered help moving items. They kept a barrier between us and the work site. When they finished on time, I could not be more impressed with their work. I would not hesitate to immediately call this company in the future (hopefully I don’t have to!!!). I also would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone. My only wish was their company would rebuild after cleaning up the damage. Now I have to find a good company for that.
