I called on Friday evening to get a hot water heater replaced first thing Monday morning, and we placed right on the schedule. Henry is super attentive and always shows up on-site 2hours after you call him. If you need a big crew he can bring that or he can handle it by himself. His prices are also extremely reasonable! Some restoration companies have charge me $60 just to bring a ladder. Not Henry he does good work at an honest price. Can’t complain

Unfortunately, my father passed away last week after an accidental exposure of Covid-19. my mother became ill as well and spent five days in the hospital but was blessed enough to survive. I heard about Henry Powell and his business, "A Bio Decon" from a friend. We had to have their condominium cleaned before my mother could safely come home. All U Need has consistently done a great job in servicing our house for bugs that came over from an apartment move this summer. German Roaches are never fun, and A.U.N. was the only company to both answer the phone when i called, but also to be professional in applying the product. I followed their advice to prep the surfaces and pulled out the dishwasher, and they did their work very timely. they were also ringing the doorbell at the exact moment of noon as they scheduled. I don't recall someone being on time from any tech...so it was well received. they also did a spray of hornets nest since we have their full lawn care package...which shows that when you buy their product and services, they keep their word to support you when a surprise pest shows up.

This is a great company in the community, and their employees, including Kenroy, offer exceptional customer service and are pros at keeping the pests at a minimum! We really appreciate their work!

Tampa has some of the worst city water in the country, high mineral counts and corrosive and staining chemicals. The city water is harsh on skin and clothes and not to mention bad for house plants. I was searching for a whole home treatment filter and in doing research I found a local business that provides one of the best filters available on the market. Called Stephen, he replied quickly, he scheduled to come out to my house shortly after and within a few days from my initial call, my house now has cleaner water! Installer was quick, courteous and thorough. No more calcium buildup for me, no more sick houseplants and no more deposits clogging my showerhead and faucets. I have used legacy on 3 occasions when we had pipes burst at corporate buildings. The response time was absolutely amazing and the professionalism of the legacy team was unmatched. From the initial calls to the response teams to the follow up from the management team has been fantastic. I hope you never need them but if you do you will not be sorry. A little background-I am a resident of the Shore Acres neighborhood in St Pete. For those of you who don't know, Shore Acres is flood prone. Last year during Idalia, my home took on 18 inches of water. My husband and I (pregnant at the time) were displaced for 6 months while our house was being restored. Currently, we are hunkered down with our infant for Tropical Storm Debby. Our street is completely under water and it has made it's way all the way up our driveway. I just watched a Legacy Restoration truck speed down my street, too fast for me to even take a picture creating a wake that forced water into my garage. I have never used Legacy Restoration and after seeing their tactics to drum up business I never would! I would urge anyone and everyone to boycott their business. I learned with our last flood that restoration companies are essentially ambulance chasers. However, intentionally intensifying the damage during an already high stake situation is a poor business model, unethical, and an inherently bad person behind the actions.

Shecome did the cleanup of mold at our house. He is very polite and personable.He is very knowledgeable and informed me of everything he had to do.He was very professional. I hope this never happens again, but if it does, I want him to be the one that takes care of it.
