I started my search for a water filtration at Costco (very expensive) and had a few recommendations for Brevard Water Solutions from local plumbers. Once I contacted BWS, I appreciated being able to work directly with the owner of the company and his 20+ years of experience. And being somewhat technical, was interested in the chemistry and how they designed the three stage softening and filtration system. While our local community utility is pretty good, the water is very high in chlorine (off the scales) and hard. With a baseline in place, Eric and team installed the system - it tucks away in the corner of the garage and connects below ground to the main line. We also went for the reverse osmosis system in kitchen. Once the system was online we measured the water again and it was perfectly soft, with no chlorine and negligible dissolved solids. I gave this review a few weeks' and after a bunch of family and friend visits -- the water quality was appreciated by all. And all in, was about half the cost of other alternatives I had researched. I highly recommend Brevard Water Solutions.

Wow! We have to tell anyone seeking a water softener, filtration and or osmosis system that these guys @ Brevard Water Solutions, owner Eric and Anthony his lead technician, are your answer! My husband a retired California Commercial Plumbing Foreman was delighted by the seamless install and clean finished job! Pipes are level & plumb, system was ran with foresight meaning no extraneous needless joints or bends which could affect pressure etc, no visible dripping glue anywhere and all joints are sealed and tight! Honest, efficient and knowledgeable. Installed both a whole-house softener system and a kitchen RO system several years ago. Both work flawlessly and their prices for installation and maintenance are fair and reasonable. A professional company I unreservedly recommend.

Tanith assisted us with our kitchen remediation, which involved not one but TWO separate leaks, ugh! She definitely went above and beyond by doing lots of little things such as linking up photos of everything she did during the remediation, checking additional areas for leaks, and really just thinking outside the box. I definitely recommended her if you want a fast, thorough, and trustworthy remediation service. I definitely recommend Melbourne Mold Inspection!

I've had some crazy allergies lately. I was coughing in the morning and feeling nauseas. David came out and was very professional. He explained a lot and checked my vents for mold with his digital machine and assured me that I don't have mold in my air system. What was great about this company and David is that they didn't try and sell anything when it was clear I didn't have a problem with my system. That goes a long way with me. You never know if some companies are just fabricating a problem when there really isn't one, just to make a quick buck. This company made no money on me. It proves they are a company you can trust!

Called David with Mold Inspection Melbourne, again. He's been telling me how to self treat the high mold levels (per the laboratory test) from our broken waterheater, until we can get the insurance to pay for the mold treatment. David has been there for us since May. Two words: AWESOME SERVICE!!

Jason is the best! He has gone above and beyond the call of duty at all hours of the weekend and night in emergencies. He is available anytime we've needed him. He has traveled far to assist us. You cannot go wrong with Dependable Water. It lives up to its name and more. Jason is smart, figures out solutions, and does a great job!

Been using Dependable Water since 2022 when they installed my system. I've had them do monthly maintenance and salt filling since then. Absolutely great! Jason is a great guy. Very professional, knowledgeable and just all around a pleasure doing business with. I would highly recommend.

I found Dependable Water Solutions after using another unreliable company for too long. The difference is night and day! If you're not happy with your current company or are looking for a new one, I could not recommend this company enough. Jason comes to do the maintenance every month like clockwork. I've had to call him late-night when my pump died and he was able to replace it the same day. He's been very transparent when he notices any issues with my equipment and I trust his experience.
