DryOPS is an innovative company dedicated to revolutionizing the way businesses manage their operations in dry environments. With a strong focus on efficiency and sustainability…
I recently had some water intrusion in one of my bedrooms and needed remediation services. I’m so glad I chose this company! Chad, the technician who helped me, was truly outstanding—professional, considerate, and incredibly thorough. He set up a full containment area to completely isolate the work zone, then created negative air pressure so that all debris and dust was directed out of the window rather than floating back into my home. It really put my mind at ease to see that level of care and attention to detail. Chad was also extremely knowledgeable. I had quite a few questions and concerns, especially when it came to mold, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. His expertise and willingness to share information made me feel confident in the process and reassured that my home was in good hands. Once the remediation was complete, Chad went above and beyond by providing me with recommendations and reliable contacts for the next steps—installing drywall, replacing the flooring, and painting the wall. Thanks to his guidance, I know exactly what to do to restore my room to its original state. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stand out. If you need water remediation services, don’t hesitate to call them!
Despite the manager being friendly and knowledgeable, I would not recommend this company. I contacted DryOps after noticing wet carpet near my windows after Tropical Storm Debby. The manager was prompt and responded the same day. He came out and did an initial evaluation and set up some equipment to help with recovery. After 3 long weeks, DryOps finished their remediation and recovery, and collected their final payment ($30k was the total cost). As we were writing the check for the final payment the manager stated that he would diligently work to get the final report to us by the end of the following weekend. It has been 4 months and we have still not receive the final report. Our home owners insurance denied our claim solely based on the fact that they did not receive the final report from DryOps LLC. After filing a complaint with the BBB, the manager reached out to me and promised that he would get us the report by the end of THAT weekend, claiming that I was a priority. That weekend came and went, still no report. About a week later, the manager asked me if I would agree to remove the complaint from the BBB website if he provided the report the next day. I have not heard from the company since then, and still don’t have the report. After all is said and done, I have had to pay more than $70k out of pocket due to water damage to my home with no help from home owners insurance. We understood that we had a 50/50 chance of the insurance company covering some of the cost, but without the report from DryOps LLC, we have no chance at all. Definitely would not recommend this company to ANYONE based on the lack of professionalism and ability to keep their word to their customers
I recently dined at DryOPS and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. I can't wait to return for another wonderful meal! Highly recommend!

We’ve worked with Walter and his team on three unexpected bathroom projects in our home. He and the crews that he entrusts to do the work needed have always delivered at or above expectations each time. Communication, setting of expectations, and educating us on what is be completed and how to take care of things after the project is completed are always done with courtesy and professionalism. Our family hopes that we don’t need to call on Walt again soon for an unexpected repair or remodel, but if we do, we are confident we have a partner in Florida Services to call on to take care of it.
Michiganders heading South for the Winter to find that we too had storm damage. After hearing horror stories and not knowing anyone in the State of Florida we began a search for a contractor to help us. After many contacts .. and them not showing or calling as promised, we received a call from Walter from Florida Services of Tampa. Walter was on his vacation at the time, and he listened to what we could describe to him on the phone. We thought maybe that this was another disappearing contractor. But to our surprise Walter was in contact with us the minute he returned from vacation and EVERY time he said he would. After viewing the damage we had, we sat down and listened as he described in detail how it would be fixed. Talk about honest .. he gave us a least and worst scenario as he wasn’t sure what we’d get into as it progressed. His builder, Daniel, was at our house within a half an hour opening up the wall to see what we were dealing with. We didn’t need to look further for a contractor as these guys just took charge and were right on it. They were very careful taking the siding down and the windows out. Nothing was damaged and they were able to re-use those items saving us lots of money. Every morning like clockwork they came and were started withing minutes. And talk about polite … Daniel and Landon were so polite I sometimes thought my Grandmother was standing behind me as they responded to everything with yes sir, yes mam. We loved it. The final price was on the low end of the estimate and at no time did we feel they were doing poor work. Hire Florida Services of Tampa .. they’ll get it done right the first time.

Water resources sucks now! All they do is estimate water bill and won’t do anything else. I noticed my cover for my box is destroyed from Hurricane Milton and has not been touched sinbce hurricane destroyed it and never even moved. When I asked for someone to come out and look this over to give me an accurate reading they wanted to charge me $22.00. Called the manger but she was worthless as well. She tried to lie and tell me that someone has been out and she is lying because the broken cover has never been moved since it was destroyed. All I wanted is to have someone check and give me an accurate reading but this is ridiculous! Getting tired of living here before they don’t care!!
St. Petersburg Water Resources is a complete failure to supply good water to its citizens. The water has an odor to it. Terrible taste to it and we receive a report on how the water is drinkable. Water is supposed to be odorless and tasteless, just wet and refreshing. The water resources plant does use chlorine as other plants, but is overly used. I lived here for a few years and had boil water orders which I never experienced in Massachusetts in 67 years. The water in Boston and it's area had great water, no odor or rancid taste to it. They should take lessons from them.
Having issues w smelling & feeling as if there is a lot of Chlorine in our water at our house. I rent but decided to get some information from City of St. Pete first, before speaking w landlord. Trying to call was a waste of time so I personally went to the water resource dept. I spoke w Mr. Mark G. He helped me understand the whole system & specifically showed up the next morning to test our water from the outside source. Then we discussed what to do next to help solve my issues! He went ABOVE & BEYOND to help us out. Words can not explain the kindness he & his coworker, Dennis, had shown us. I thank you, gratefully, Mr. Mark!!!
I contacted Well Repair this morning, Saturday, at 7 AM. I had no prior reference of their services other than Google reviews shared here. Justin responded immediately. By 2 PM, he had the water restored to my home, the issue repaired, and his price was lower than two other estimates. I am grateful for his time and patience with me. I asked lots of detailed questions and he responded quickly with professional and knowledgeable answers. His professionalism and expertise are well appreciated. It feels good to find a local & knowledgeable professional I can trust.
Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t have asked for better service! He responded immediately, scheduled emergency service in under 24 hours. Showed up on time and quickly identified our plumbing issues. I’ve had tons of handymen, plumbers, and electricians out here and he got everything up and running for my family within our appointment time. He’ll definitely be my first referral for friends and family!
Very honest and reasonable company. As a senior citizen with no water I was in a vulnerable position. Justin restored my faith in humanity and treated me better than I could’ve imagined. He got there when he said he would have me the price and did the job on the spot.
