We had a great experience with Pro Clean! It was really easy to make an appointment and the receptionist was very nice. They were able to stop by our office for a free estimate the next week and their estimate was reasonable compared to what we have paid in the past. The employees that came to clean the carpets were prompt, professional, and did a great job. Our carpets are now nice and clean and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

We recently had an emergency where gallons water was coming from our ceiling vents and lights from a water valve leak upstairs!!! Not a fun experience for anyone, but Pro Clean was called and there within an hour!! Wayne and Noah were fantastic!! Quick, professional, and very knowledgeable!! They were awesome!! They resolved to issue for the time and Shelby and Devon came in a few days to complete the task!! They, too were awesome and kept us informed as they finished the project!! I highly recommended Pro Clean and these amazing people if you ever need this service!

My husband and I are glad we reached out to AVR. They were very professional and informative. They educated us about the mold that our home currently has and shared their knowledge of how to stay safe while we determine how to deal with it. They also gave us multiple solutions to fix the problem. We greatly appreciated that they did not pressure us into anything like some other companies do. If you suspect your home might contain mold you should definitely give them a call.

Michael Cardin and his team were amazing. They came out super quick after Hurrican Idalia and are super friendly and knowledgeable. Michael explained everything going on in detail and treated us like family instead of just anothet customer. We weren't able to afford the repairs we needed right then, be he still went above and beyond to make sure our house was safe to live in and he still checks up on us from time to time. I 10/10 would recommend this company for your water mitigation and water damage repairs!

Paul Davis Property Restoration Experts, Panama City, and Pensacola, Florida assigned their Contents Ladies to my home here in Niceville, Fl. They did a wonderful job packing my precious items to be removed from my home so further work can be completed. They did it fast, efficiently, professional, and in a friendly manner. I could not have found better Contents Ladies than: Stephanie, Rita, Kelly, Brittany, and Heather. They will be back to replace all my items that they packed after all is fixed up because of the water damage problem that I had overtake my home. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. It’s an ongoing process but I couldn’t ask for it to run any smoother. The ladies packing the contents are more careful with my stuff than I am. …and that is a great comfort to me & my wife during this chaotic time. PDR did a great job fixing our kitchen after a pipe burst and we had to re do the whole thing. Very happy with how it turned out.

My house was recently flooded and Mike showed up after hours and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and extremely caring, compassionate and kind. The following day he returned with Rob and some other employees and they finished the job. They were all extremely polite and caring. Mike is an amazing person and I would want him to work in my house anytime. Great job!!!

I was so impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of this company from the moment I interacted with them. The receptionist was wonderful and very informative on what to expect with services and was able to promptly fit me into the schedule. Steve Stone was amazing, he came out to inspect the areas of concern with mold in my bathrooms and explained every detail of the inspection along the way, providing his professional opinions and advice based on what he found. These issues being all new to me made it difficult for me to articulate all of my concerns without asking a million questions but he took the time to answer them all patiently, clearly, and in a way that i could understand.. which helped tremendously to put my mind at ease. Outstanding work - very pleased with this company! I was concerned about mold growth in my HVAC closet so I gave them a call for a Mold Assessment. SERVPRO sent a technician out to me within a few hours. The technician, Jagger, was very helpful and professional. He recommend steps I can take to fix the problem myself without having to purchase unnecessary services. Overall, I am quite impressed with the quick response, professionalism of the technician, and the honest evaluation of my issue without trying to upsell/upcharge me! Thank you SERVPRO!

I could post Melissa Stones comment verbatim and it would be accurate. They've been working on my Kitchen for OVER SIX MONTHS now. We went 4 months without a kitchen sink. Zero communication, never showed up on time and always had an excuse of why they couldn't bother to text, call or show up when they said they would. We had a mold issue and once the renovation 'was done' it looked far worse than it had earlier. No love or care was put into my kitchen, base boards weren't level, backsplash is crooked and bowed. Split my granite counter now it looks ugly. Broke my dishwasher so it wouldn't open and shut properly, now the front is scratched up from the damage. Found my kitchen pans and a knife in my back yard when I was going to mow. Tried to charge me for hardware they forgot to bring. Tried to charge me for a plumber they sent to fix my kitchen sink after they failed to seal it properly and water drips down underneath where there is an electrical outlet laying underneath the cabinet because they couldn't be bothered to mount it back into the wall. My sink is still leaking and now I've found mold growth back underneath. Will be reporting to BBB. 6 months of pure exhaustion, headaches and stress. Do not let these guys touch your house. pictures attached below... 1). Mold six months into my renovation growing under my sink 2). Counter top hoisted up on shivs without the decency to hide the fact that they didn't level the granite properly. 3 &4). Patchwork job on installing backsplash 5). Crooked tiling and entire space filled in with spackle 6). I don't even know what this is but believe it or not it's an improvement from how it was, once I had them come back and fix the tiling that was sticking out past it. 7). They broke the base board and told me the house was good and everything was done. Didn't have the decency to repair it before they left. Came back and fixed it with a nail gun. 8). Uneven boarding on the floor (fixed when I called them back) 9). Chipped ceiling, missing paint 10). Cover up job for the chipped ceiling and missing paint Update: House is finally complete over a year later.

I would not recommend this company. Our insurance company contracted with them to remediate black mold in our home and handle the subsequent remodel. Communication was poor. We had to constantly be calling to see when the next step would occur. People would show up at our house when we weren’t home because no one told us when they were coming. The work the contractors did for the remodel was horrible! The drywall repairman left a hole in the wall and a pipe exposed. They hired him to paint as well, even though he told us he doesn’t provide that service. Needless to say, the paint job was subpar and we needed to spend our time fixing it. The floor installation was also a mess. The baseboard was left visibly cut and they didn’t sit flush with the ground. We had to have them come back several times to fix their mistakes. It took over two months to do a job that was estimated to be 3-4 weeks. If you need a job done, I would go elsewhere

Our insurance company PTI called these nice folks in to clean up and dry out after a water leak flooded our home. We have only had phase one so far which is getting it dried out and cleaned up but We are impressed with the good communication and excellent equipment. Our technician Tiler has been very polite and professional. I am confident that we will be restored to pre loss condition.
