We bought 1.5 Mil Housein Tamaya and had irrigation pipe leak 10 days after placing it . ICI doesn’t want to take the responsibility for it as it’s not covered under 2-10 year warranty and doesn’t want to reimburse the cost . People buying in Seven Pines and other places beware .

The Egret V is my dream home. It is elegant, warm inviting and just unbelievable gorgeous home. In my book there is no home like it. Now when I see ICI home passing by. I know these home credibility is the best.

Florida Water technologies responded quickly to my need of a water softener system! They had a professional sales manager come out and offer me the right system at a fair price. It was installed the next day by a professional and very friendly technician.

Outstanding product and service. I got quotes from several water softener companies in NE Florida. I met with Brad the owner of FWT and he was without a doubt the most knowledgeable of all the vendors I talked to in terms of product details and specifications. Every component that goes into their systems is tested and screened by Brad and meet all the major water softener system NSF standards. Their website contains a wealth of information for the informed buyer. The installer was on time and did a great job on the install. I know if I have any issues with the system FWT will stand behind their products. On pricing they offered the highest quality product for the lowest price.

Just wanted to Thank Brad for acting quickly to repair our water softener and get our water turned back on quickly. He covered all the details and expenses from A to Z. We were already pleased with Florida Water Technologies prior to this occurrence and we will continue to praise Brad and his company for taking excellent care of his customers:)

We like that this company is not a big corporation, but locally owned and operated by honest, hard-working folks! They’ve put together a great team for sure. Brad, the owner, and Andy, the General Manager are both quite knowledgeable about the claim process and are willing to help clients through that overwhelming and confusing process, all while working to get your home cleaned up and sanitized quickly and efficiently. Nick is the best! He explained thoroughly to us what we needed to know about soft water, answered our questions and very patient. He did everything he could so we can get qualified and have our system installed. And it didnt end uo there, he followed up after and made sure we are satisfied with the service and the system. We had Nick come out for an estimate and he was patient and very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining the system and the benefits of installing the system and we were sold. Nick is very friendly and was helpful even afterwards answering questions we had. Alex came out three days later and installed our system. Nick came out and explained all the details of our water system. He gave us all the options and walked us thru all the details of water from a well and what is needed. We are in a new build and have never had a well before and did not know anything honestly. He was very patient and took his time. He called back and came by after the system was put in to make sure we understood everything . Alex came out and put in the system and explained to my husband what everything did and how to service it himself. He spent a lot of time making sure my husband knew exactly what had to be done and how often. Overall it was a great experience and will gladly recommend them.

Deceptive, get the prices up front, I was charged over 2k and the job was never completed, wanted over 600.00 to replace sump pump power pole, even tho 2 invoices said they would return on Monday to replace it. Was charged labor rates for 4 hours when they couldn’t figure out an obvious problem

I shopped around for septic pump out - picked them - they were right on time and did a good job as far as I can tell - thank you much …
