We are currently 7 months past our renovation well when it was "completed." Tony silva and his crew were nothing if not a problem. The work had to be fixed to code several times before I would sign the COS. Now that the work has been done we are still having problems and I will not be using the 5 year maintenance contract, instead I'd rather pay for a decent company and crew to do a job the correct way the first time. The rest of the people at T and S restoration were fantastic. I highly recommend avoiding Tony silva and his crew. He may come off as very accommodating, but it's completely in the eyes of his company and not the people they were working for.

I was referred to T&S Restoration by my insurance company for a kitchen cabinet rebuild after a mold remediation. Monica was my project manager and she was wonderful throughout the entire process. She was professional and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and kept me informed all along the way. She was accommodating with my work schedule. The cabinet installation went smoothly. Miguel was the cabinet installer and his work was excellent. Very pleased with my rebuild. Would highly recommend.

He's the best well and pump service bar none. Experienced in the trade for decades, as is also the family, Family owned and proud veteran owned business. Fair prices and reliable service. Outstanding work. They were able to remove a very stuck pump in s 4 inch well case that was installed in 1996 (28 years old).

Salty would never want to hear me say this, but Salty is a Great Man! After defending our nation, he defended my Dining room! I’m a new home owner so please understand this is all new to me. I was putting up a corner shelf right behind a wall where my water heater pump was. I unknowingly drilled into the hot water line and the water shot across the entire back of my house! He put in my water softener so I knew him from that. He saved our asses! He came out and with the limited amount of supplies he had in his truck he fixed it! Thank God and Thank You Salty for being there like lightning and saving us! God Bless You!

Huge disappointment with their toilet installation a couple of years ago. We kept forgetting to write a review until now. One toilet was fine, but the other one was botched. We had to hire someone else to reinstall it at an extra cost. We do not recommend this company. We had high hopes because of their frequent ads attesting to high quality work and licensure plus a good rating on Angie’s list.

I've had all my countertops done in Quartz & both bathroom showers done in Bella. Everything is beautiful!! No more tile & grout!! All the crew is AWESOME!! I can't praise this company enough!!

Incorrect, I was explained to by one of your employees that they misquoted me and to better help the price come down for the misquote they would offer to lower me to a cheaper tub that I did not want then also stated that something that was explained to me before as being a necessity to be done and cannot be removed was removed because now all of a sudden, that as well was misinterpreted and not needed.... If the price only changed due to me taking too long out of your price lock guarantee to make a decision than that would be understandable and something I would completely agree with. But when your employees misquote something there should be some type of honoring.

What can’t I say about kryptonite Kleaning ! Above and beyond cleaning services. I’m from NY and I was traveling back and forth to keep my air bnb up to part, one night at 4AM I came across Krytonite kleaning and I wanted to call them first time in the morning, so I did . He came out and showed us all the love, he scheduled us right away and even work with our timing, when I say he was on time it was amazing, and he turn my house inside out and clean every little corner you can even imagine, from inside the closet to washing the sheets , ( making up the bed better than I could or ever did it myself ) he gave my home a whole 5 star hotel vibe, I couldn’t believe it . I give this man a 10 plus stars . Thank you so much for taking care my home like it was your own. You’re the best !

Jeffrey came out today to clean our carpets and area rugs. He arrived on-time as scheduled, was very professional and courteous, and did an excellent job. He was here for 2hrs to clean 3 rooms, a closet and 4 rugs. They look great and smell amazing! Jeffrey was very nice, cordial and took very good care to be cautious and respectful of his surroundings while he worked, to ensure the home furnishings were taken care. These guys are amazing. Our well pump was on the verge of failing and was tripping breakers just a day before Thanksgiving. I called them that morning, and they were at my house around 3 p.m. Even though I couldn’t be there due to picking up family in Tampa, Joe was cool about it. We handled everything over the phone, and he answered all my questions. Seriously a great company—they even gave a veteran discount, which not all small businesses can offer, so that was really appreciated! They’ll be working on my other well soon.

Such a pleasant experience from start to finish with these guys. I lost water on Christmas Eve and after trying to troubleshoot the issue myself for 4 days, with no luck, I gave Joe & Sons a call after hours on Friday evening. Joe answered my call immediately and came out first thing Saturday morning to assess. Turned out I needed a new well pump His sons, Nathan and Michael came out today (Sunday morning) and got right to work! Very professional, polite and fast! They explained everything and showed me how I can maintain some things myself to prevent further issues. So very grateful for these guys coming to my rescue so quickly...I now have running water again!! ❤️ Thanks again for your wonderful service and getting the job done right! Highly recommended! A pipe to the well pump was leaking. Joe's response time was quick. He showed up on time and went above & beyond. Not only did he fix the pipe, but also replaced our filter, cleaned out some nasty algae that was growing (yuck), recharged the pressure tank, and even replaced a few extra parts. He was very knowledgeable, honest, polite, and professional with reasonable rates. We will only be calling Joe & Sons from here on out.
