I have a swamp in my back yard that drains into a beautiful lake. I wanted to be able to pull my Bass Tracker up to my swamp walk/dock. The first company I hired failed to make a change in the aquatic vegetation. I asked folks on the lake who they used and got in touch with Aquatic Management. After a year thanks to their airboat captain, Cameron, I now have a lagoon in my back yard and can pull my boat in. They even got rid of the floating islands that would block my access. I highly recommend this company.

Dave, (the owner) Kyle and his team were wonderful in opening up our drainage of the pond. They wouldn’t stop until it was completely to their satisfaction. We’re pleased with the results…. The water level finally went down like it should be…. We can use the fountain again to aerate for our fish. Yea, thank you aquatic management plus, LLC. We would highly recommend their services. We have used them twice for emergency situations on the weekend. They are fast and helpful. They do charge a weekend/holiday fee but I think that is fair. It is an efficient family business as far as I can tell.

Of course our A/C would go out on a hot, holiday weekend! We weren't sure which company to call, but out of the four that we left voicemails, Falstreaux was the only one that responded. Our house was 90° and thankfully he said he'd be there in 30 minutes. And he was! He has our unit fixed within the next 30 minutes. We are truly thankful and won't use anyone else now.

I paid $8500 to have the plumbing updated on my mother's 1960's ranch house in Lawtey. They did the job, but the quality and workmanship was substandard. The exterior pipes were left uninsulated. The pipes connecting the new Culligan water system were BROKEN and disconnected. They never mentioned that they were disconnecting the water softener. I had to pay Culligan $600 to repair the damage. They repiped only one of the TWO exterior spigots. I could go on, but the aforementioned issues are enough to demonstrate the careless job that was done. This makes me question the quality of the rest of their work, and the price I paid for shoddy workmanship. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Also, my mother is 87 years old and would have never known about any of these issues if I hadn't inspected the pipes myself. I guess they figured she'd never know about it. Nice ethics.

I have had plumbing services twice now in the last several years. They are always on time, professional and do a great job. I'm comfortable with having them in my home. I know my home needs new plumbing in the future and I will certainly have them do the job.

Elvis, the technician for Alvarez Plumbing, was great! He was able to handle all of our plumbing issues very efficiently and at a reasonable price. We had him unclog a shower, flush a tankless water heater, repair a leaking hose bib without tearing out the entire fixture and diagnose a leaking sink faucet. He was courteous and very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely use Alvarez Plumbing again and highly recommend them as a plumber to call in the Tampa Bay area.
