I can't give higher recommendation. Victor and John are everything you would want contractors to be: timely, communicative, diligent, fairly priced, and exceptional at their work. They clearly take pride in both doing a job right and ensuring their customers are happy. I would absolutely use them again.

These guys are the best! They are the only company who has come out and been honest and actually cared about restoring my house. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I had a shower pan failure and had to tear out an entire tile shower to deal with the resulting water damage and mold. Victor came to my house on two separate occasions, both times on little notice, and provided further, excellent, non-self-serving counsel through remote communication to remedy my situation. He was always exceedingly friendly, prompt, responsive, and professional, and his technical knowledge and experience are evident. What's more, he would not accept payment for any of his services, despite being by far the most valuable among a number of people I consulted. If you have a mold or water damage problem, I would very much recommend giving Victor a call.

Proclean is a great place to start with your floor cleaning worries. Zak did an amazing job and we are very pleased. Was so good it helped us pass an apartment audit inspection. We highly recommend this company for your floor cleaning needs.

We had a great experience with Pro Clean! It was really easy to make an appointment and the receptionist was very nice. They were able to stop by our office for a free estimate the next week and their estimate was reasonable compared to what we have paid in the past. The employees that came to clean the carpets were prompt, professional, and did a great job. Our carpets are now nice and clean and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

We recently had an emergency where gallons water was coming from our ceiling vents and lights from a water valve leak upstairs!!! Not a fun experience for anyone, but Pro Clean was called and there within an hour!! Wayne and Noah were fantastic!! Quick, professional, and very knowledgeable!! They were awesome!! They resolved to issue for the time and Shelby and Devon came in a few days to complete the task!! They, too were awesome and kept us informed as they finished the project!! I highly recommended Pro Clean and these amazing people if you ever need this service!

My husband and I are glad we reached out to AVR. They were very professional and informative. They educated us about the mold that our home currently has and shared their knowledge of how to stay safe while we determine how to deal with it. They also gave us multiple solutions to fix the problem. We greatly appreciated that they did not pressure us into anything like some other companies do. If you suspect your home might contain mold you should definitely give them a call.

Michael Cardin and his team were amazing. They came out super quick after Hurrican Idalia and are super friendly and knowledgeable. Michael explained everything going on in detail and treated us like family instead of just anothet customer. We weren't able to afford the repairs we needed right then, be he still went above and beyond to make sure our house was safe to live in and he still checks up on us from time to time. I 10/10 would recommend this company for your water mitigation and water damage repairs!

Paul Davis Property Restoration Experts, Panama City, and Pensacola, Florida assigned their Contents Ladies to my home here in Niceville, Fl. They did a wonderful job packing my precious items to be removed from my home so further work can be completed. They did it fast, efficiently, professional, and in a friendly manner. I could not have found better Contents Ladies than: Stephanie, Rita, Kelly, Brittany, and Heather. They will be back to replace all my items that they packed after all is fixed up because of the water damage problem that I had overtake my home. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. It’s an ongoing process but I couldn’t ask for it to run any smoother. The ladies packing the contents are more careful with my stuff than I am. …and that is a great comfort to me & my wife during this chaotic time. PDR did a great job fixing our kitchen after a pipe burst and we had to re do the whole thing. Very happy with how it turned out.

My house was recently flooded and Mike showed up after hours and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and extremely caring, compassionate and kind. The following day he returned with Rob and some other employees and they finished the job. They were all extremely polite and caring. Mike is an amazing person and I would want him to work in my house anytime. Great job!!!

I was so impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of this company from the moment I interacted with them. The receptionist was wonderful and very informative on what to expect with services and was able to promptly fit me into the schedule. Steve Stone was amazing, he came out to inspect the areas of concern with mold in my bathrooms and explained every detail of the inspection along the way, providing his professional opinions and advice based on what he found. These issues being all new to me made it difficult for me to articulate all of my concerns without asking a million questions but he took the time to answer them all patiently, clearly, and in a way that i could understand.. which helped tremendously to put my mind at ease. Outstanding work - very pleased with this company! I was concerned about mold growth in my HVAC closet so I gave them a call for a Mold Assessment. SERVPRO sent a technician out to me within a few hours. The technician, Jagger, was very helpful and professional. He recommend steps I can take to fix the problem myself without having to purchase unnecessary services. Overall, I am quite impressed with the quick response, professionalism of the technician, and the honest evaluation of my issue without trying to upsell/upcharge me! Thank you SERVPRO!
