Terrible. Just moved in 2 days ago. They came right before they close at 4:30, turned off our water without warning and without even knocking on the door. They left a note on the door saying they turned off the water and we need to set up an account and pay the deposit. We just moved in and didn’t know a deposit was needed. We called the office and explained everything and told them we would give them our card information right now and pay the deposit. They refuse to help. They stated that there is nothing they can do. We have 2 small children and no water.

I've been in Port LaBelle for 3 years now. Never had an issue. My water and trash bills are always reasonable.
