We used Royal Plus for water mitigation and used them as Contractors after small flood in our home. ( our home is 1995 sq ft)The flood happened in June 2023, the wood flooring demo started in September. We have the best of the best insurance company. I was a Nurse in the USAF. The entire experience with Royal Plus was incredibly stressful, just about zero communication from a "project manage r" that was always on a "larger loss"

Royal Plus did a fantastic job! They were very responsive and were extra careful to protect our furniture from any damage. I would highly recommendthem.

I had a choice of three firms to select from and I am happy that I selected Royal Plus. It was a long process, but they took charge of the process from the beginning, kept me updated, oh OK sounds OK paid attention to details, were easy to communicate with, and passed the final Hygienist test that all spores were removed from the house. I would hire Royal Plus again, if I had the same team.

I cannot say enough positive things about Central Florida Drywall and Construction. They were absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations in every way. I needed a 17-foot walk-in closet built in my garage on incredibly short notice, and Liam, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed in one day after I surprised him with a shortened timeline. He was super accommodating and brought in an extra person to ensure that the project would be finished in time for my scheduled garage floor epoxy the next morning. Their efficiency and skill were truly remarkable and the quality of their work is impeccable. It's clear that they take great pride in their craftsmanship. I'm very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Central Florida Drywall and Construction to anyone in need of drywall or construction services. They are true professionals who deliver exceptional results.

Liam and his team did an amazing job in being the lead construction team at my house. Liam is incredibly well verse in all construction aspects. Not only is his work quality, he is honest and keeps his word. I would refer CF Drywall & Construction to anyone in need of any type of repair or renovation. I've included some pictures of the work they completed. This is only a portion of what was done.

The Central Florida Drywall and Construction team did an amazing job repairing my back porch ceiling that was falling apart. They came out and gave me several options for repair and recommendations for how to move forward. There was no pressure to make a sale, and everything was very straightforward. Leading up to, and during the work, communication was always on point and accurate. They were here when they said they would be here, and completed the job quicker than anticipated. Everything for us was completely turnkey, and I didn't have to worry about anything. They also followed up after the work was completed to make sure we were completely satisfied. We will definitely go to them again for anything we need in the drywall space.

Lenny and John V. From West Orange were fantastic! Explained everything that was happening, were very polite and friendly and got the job done with no hassles. The woman that answered the phone was great too. Sandy I think it was. Got the guys out here as quick as possible. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to friends.

Lenny was great. He made sure there were fans hitting all the damp areas, 2 dehumidifiers (1 in the closet) and drilled some holes in the wall behind where the floorboards will go back so as to hit the other wall from the inside where the oven and refrigerator are (difficult to reach and the floor didn't get wet, there, on the surface, but water most likely seeped in there from the hallway side, which was wet). This is the second time I called Servpro and Lenny came. He is very friendly, professional, and reliable. He also worked up a sweat. Good worker. I requested that he be the one to return and pick up the fans and humidifier. Great Service.

Caleb and his crew were outstanding! They were out at our home right away after my husband called and setup to dehumidify after our AC went out. They were kind and patient as our AC was out for nearly 2 weeks while waiting for parts. I HIGHLY recommend this SERV PRO and this team in particular! ❤️

Bobby and his team have been my trash service for about 3 years now. Excellent service; literally zero issues. They are always very communicative about Holidays or hurricane days. Kind and hardworking people - 100% recommend!

Bob E has consistently picked up my garbage every week. They always let you know if a holiday or weather will affect their services. They also check on you if you didn't put your garbage out that week. I haven't hired them to pick up extra large items yet, but it's nice to know it's an option. I am very thankful for their work ethic and consistency.

We use Bob E for garbage pickup in williston area. He was referred to us by my neighbor after our last service ended. He is great! If they ever have to change the schedule due to weather they always update us. I can't remember a time they forgot us, and my Savannah waits to hears his truck coming every Tuesday morning. He greets her with lots of rubs and treats! Keep up the great work Bob E we love your service and customer care.
