The service and and professionalism given to us by the All American Purification team (Chase) has been outstanding!! They are always available to help answer any of our questions, whether it be about issues concerning our water filtration system or general knowledge questions about our water over-all. Chase has been out technician for the past 5 years, he knows his stuff and is the best!!! We would hands down recommend this company for installation and/or service of home water filtration systems 100%!

Fantastic service. The technician was on time. Identified the problem. Called me to tell me how much it would be before he fixed it. He fixed the problem. I received an invoice and was able to pay online. Problem all solved. These people are a real pleasure to deal with. Everyone in the neighborhood uses them because they provide A1 service.

We received bids from 6 contractors and Environmental Products Water Specialties provided the lowest bid with quality equipment. They provided a water quality test, and provided a simple understandable quote. They immediately installed the water system we so badly needed. Our system has been in operation for more than 5 months without problems.

Three local water companies tested my water and offered me quotes between $4k and $10k for various equipment for my well water that had a lot of hardness but very little iron or sulpher. I decided to consult my neighbors and Environmental Products was highly recommended. I called and John immediately drove over and tested my water and said that a softener should address my issues. He gave me 3 different cost options (rent, rebuilt or new) to fit my budget and his equipment brand had such great reviews, I decided to purchase a new unit for $1600. John and his helper, Jimmy, spent 4.5 hours to custom install my unit in my garage and my water quality is fantastic! He also let me know that he would come back any time if I needed assistance. It is so nice to deal with an honest company that gives impeccable service and cares about their customers.

Environmental Products recently replaced our water filtration system and we are so glad they did!! Jeff offered competitive pricing and did an exceptional job explaining his systems relative to our needs. He and Jim did a perfect job of installing our new equipment outside, along with an under sink r.o. system. They care about the work they do and they are both extremely knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with them both! The office staff is a pleasure to work with too! Our water is great - we couldn't be happier!!

We purchased a townhome that the previous owner had smoked in for several years. The smell was unbelievable. ServiceMaster came out immediately, completed an estimate and with our approval began the work. They purified the air with hydroxyl generators for several days. The old carpet was removed. The ductwork, walls, ceiling and floors, cabinetry and appliances were cleaned. All surfaces were sealed and painted including the garage interior. The lanai was power washed. New carpet was installed. Now the air is pristine. Kudos to ServiceMaster for keeping us in the loop and each day leaving a clean workplace. Only one miscommunication with paint color and that was rectified immediately. Would recommend ServiceMaster by Wright to friends & family for work professionally and efficiently performed.

As an owner of a kitchen and bath remodeling company, I would caution anyone from hiring this company. We hired and paid Servicemaster to pack up one of our customers' kitchen cabinet items, as they were licensed and insured to do so, and customer was in Europe. We were doing a kitchen remodel for customer. Customer during a short visit home, left water on in laundry room which caused water damage to baseboards, and wet carpet in master bedroom. Our customers' realtor called us and we recommended Servicemaster to her to dry out the home. Servicemaster did the work for the customer, not us, and billed us because they could not collect from the customer/ homeowner. I have spoken to their billing dept many times, they keep sending my company her bill.

Our House Flooded from a pipe break in the laundry room. I was so happy with the speedy response from ServiceMaster. Jim was outstanding with his organization of the team and we were taken care of super fast. The office even worked directly with our insurance company so we didn't have to worry about it. I was super happy with the work and professionalism.
