We moved into a new house with our two small children and were a little freaked out by what looked like mold coming out of the air vents. Paul came over and assessed the issue and gave us so many helpful tips to improve the humidity in our home, clean the mold, and stop the growth. He confirmed that it was not a big issue and did not charge us for services due to it being an easy DIY job. I really appreciate that in a field where it would be easy to use buzz words and scare tactics to get someone to willingly drop thousands on a job. He seems to be an honest man who is passionate about his work. We will exclusively use Mr. Paul should another mold issue arise. Highly recommend!

Paul came out the same day I called him. He did a very thorough inspection of my home trying to get to the root of a possible mold problem I am having. I don’t have a mold problem like I suspected and he was very honest and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and gave some great suggestions. He would definitely be someone I would call again if I had an issue and I highly recommend him.

I had a shower pan failure and had to tear out an entire tile shower to deal with the resulting water damage and mold. Victor came to my house on two separate occasions, both times on little notice, and provided further, excellent, non-self-serving counsel through remote communication to remedy my situation. He was always exceedingly friendly, prompt, responsive, and professional, and his technical knowledge and experience are evident. What's more, he would not accept payment for any of his services, despite being by far the most valuable among a number of people I consulted. If you have a mold or water damage problem, I would very much recommend giving Victor a call.

Proclean is a great place to start with your floor cleaning worries. Zak did an amazing job and we are very pleased. Was so good it helped us pass an apartment audit inspection. We highly recommend this company for your floor cleaning needs.

We had a great experience with Pro Clean! It was really easy to make an appointment and the receptionist was very nice. They were able to stop by our office for a free estimate the next week and their estimate was reasonable compared to what we have paid in the past. The employees that came to clean the carpets were prompt, professional, and did a great job. Our carpets are now nice and clean and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

We recently had an emergency where gallons water was coming from our ceiling vents and lights from a water valve leak upstairs!!! Not a fun experience for anyone, but Pro Clean was called and there within an hour!! Wayne and Noah were fantastic!! Quick, professional, and very knowledgeable!! They were awesome!! They resolved to issue for the time and Shelby and Devon came in a few days to complete the task!! They, too were awesome and kept us informed as they finished the project!! My husband and I are glad we reached out to AVR. They were very professional and informative. They educated us about the mold that our home currently has and shared their knowledge of how to stay safe while we determine how to deal with it. They also gave us multiple solutions to fix the problem. We greatly appreciated that they did not pressure us into anything like some other companies do. Michael Cardin and his team were amazing. They came out super quick after Hurrican Idalia and are super friendly and knowledgeable. Michael explained everything going on in detail and treated us like family instead of just anothet customer. We weren't able to afford the repairs we needed right then, be he still went above and beyond to make sure our house was safe to live in and he still checks up on us from time to time. I 10/10 would recommend this company for your water mitigation and water damage repairs!

Outstanding work - very pleased with this company! I was concerned about mold growth in my HVAC closet so I gave them a call for a Mold Assessment. SERVPRO sent a technician out to me within a few hours. The technician, Jagger, was very helpful and professional. He recommend steps I can take to fix the problem myself without having to purchase unnecessary services.
