Mary was a genuine joy! She hauled a machine 50 times her size into my bathroom to dehumidify some water damage I had from a broken pipe in the wall. She also sealed the area off with heavy plastic. Within one day my entire bathroom area was bone dry. She does an amazing job! She really knows her job!

Shane and Mary with Royal Plus made the daunting task of mold remediation removal, a lot easier. They showed up with smiles and understanding and a very precise thoroughness that was expertly required and superbly done. No matter the small question or request I had, they went above and beyond were very pleasant to have around. I would recommend Royal Plus to anyone! Thanks guys!

We had a water damage issue that was very messy and cluttered, and the entire people on this team were helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. As a result, we have a very smooth transaction and significant experience with their restoration work.

We recently had water damage in our home, the first time dealing with this situation that we don't know the cause. However, they answered every question we had, and we genuinely appreciated the crew's professionalism, reliability, and work ethic.

For months I have been trying to get my mother-in-law reinstated back into Pace place. A woman named Cindy came to my home and did the interview and everything. That was about 7 months ago and my husband and I have been calling Cindy to find out if my mother-in-law's Medicaid have started, all we get is ignored or excuses. Today really set it off for me because when I called pace place which was July 30th around 1:30 p.m. I spoke to Miss Cindy and she reassured me that she would call me by the end of the business day like she always do. I said to her "you always say you're going to call me back but you don't" and she said " I promise I will call you back by the end of the business day." It is now 3:15 a.m. July 31, once again Cindy lied to me and I am so upset that I can't even sleep right now.

Don’t go to this place. My mom is supposedly in their “care”, they will not talk to the family about help. And she needs HELP today. I just want her taken care of by qualified care providers with RN’s and NP’s. And Jeff is unacceptable.

The culture here for resolving patient and family concerns at this center is not to address the many broken processes, but to provide excuses instead. I initially thought it was poor management of an individual, but the excuses and disregard for my loved one receiving doctor’s care is coming from everyone, so it must be the culture created from the top. No matter how many new people they hire as managers or directors they all provide the same results… excuses that lack truth! Their concern is not about the patient, it’s about the numbers… which they apparently can’t handle and are proud of it (#1 excuse). Think twice if you truly care about your loved one receiving the medical care they need.

We got a double bill on our water bill $182 and we paid last months bill like we always do because everyone knows they will cut your ass off. our bill was $105 last month to high anyway. and here they sent a bill for $182 sick of the bull shit. We always pay on time and here they are trying to shit us. Going up there Monday my husband paid it and I was sitting in the truck. Come on people know wonder y'all move all the time because y'all like shitting people out of there money when times are already hard as hell. Can not wait to be done with this business. Have to pay in person in cash, have to call to get balance because they never mail the bills in time, and when you call for your balance they’re “too busy” to give you a balance. A poorly ran company who has a monopoly on the area. I’d much rather deal with JEA any day of the week than Normandy Village Utility company.

They deserve no stars. They’re rude and don’t fix major problems that need to be fixed. They rather let raw sewage flow freely than fixed a pipe that’s their pipe to fixed. Just sell to JEA already so no one has to deal with you.

Looking for carp packages. I just wanted the carp locally but can’t seem to find them by themselves. Prices here were good for pond packages and other services, though, and their website was easy to navigate with responsive servers.

Cannot speak higher of FL waterways. Jim S and co. are wonderful to work with and have done wonders for the communities I've managed. Thank you guys!!
