I first found High Altitude Environmental Arborist on Angie's List, I called for a estimate on two large water oaks and two Queen Palms to be removed and also our two beautiful Live Oaks to be trimmed up. I had already had 3 other estimates from other well known company's in the Polk County area. Jereith (Arborist) the owner of High Altitude came out with in hrs. of contacting them to give an estimate. I was very impressed with his knowledge and personality. His estimate was the best price out of the four as well. His crew arrived within a few days and they made short work of a large job. Everyone on his crew was nice and polite. After the work was completed they raked and used a blower for a great clean up. I highly recommend Jereith and his company for any size job you may have.

10/10 recommend! I had a large oak tree on my home from hurricane Milton. My insurance company tried to work with two tree companies before I found Jerrith and his crew. Upon inspection he was confident in his ability to handle my job. He worked closely and professionally with my insurance company to make sure every detail was covered.During the job the confidence of him and his crew continued through completion. They got the tree out of my house, cleared my property line, moved all the debris for pick up and mitigated my home to prevent further damage at a more than reasonable price and in a punctual manner. My insurance is so impressed that they would like him as a preferred vendor. I can’t say enough about the personality of his crew and their ability to work closely together under such dangerous conditions. Thanks guys, it’s such a relief to have this part handled, you did a great job!

I have a large oak tree in my yard that was in need of trimming. They were able to give me a quote quickly and were reasonably priced in my opinion. The guys that came to trim the tree were very professional and did a great job. I will definitely use them again in the future.

HOA is a joke here they don't want to take responsibility for nothing they point the fingers at the owners meanwhile we are the ones that suffering they're the ones lining their pockets with money driving nice fancy cars they don't care to come by and look at the property itself. the HOA manager woman in the front is so rude she needs to be replaced immediately. Just come look . Don't buy or rent here .

We bought our home here last year. On Nottingham Way. We have had nothing but problems with the water. The water goes off for hours or days at a time. Nobody wants to take responsibility for what happening here. i’m gonna get ready to go and make it public to the news channels in the area about what’s going on here and how the owners of Greenleaf homes are being left without word or notice of water being broken and when you call the office, nobody returned your calls and nobody cares about what happening to the residence this is abuse the water utility of Greenleaf take responsibility for maintaining service to all of the residents here . Emergency and something breaks it should be fixed promptly. Not ignore the homeowners that have paid over $300,000 for a property that leaves it out to be desired of with the services here. The association which is supposed to protect the owners. Do nothing on our behalf, so why do we have them solved the Association, people or get new people that will fight for the rights of the homeowners

Deserves zero stars. We lived here for 6 years, things would always break and we could never get anyone out to fix anything. This past February we received a letter on our door doubling rent or to be out in 2 weeks, which we got right after they fixed our staircase after begging for a year. There were literal holes and boards missing.. The potholes the size of the Grand Canyon. When we moved out they ignored our calls and texts after saying they’ve mailed us the deposit which we never received. Months later we called from a private number - they answer and said we aren’t getting our money back all due to all the “damages” but have no evidence or receipts for said repairs. the water lady reached out recently to get our new address (us thinking they were mailing the deposit after fighting for so long) just to send it to the new water company and now I’m being billed almost $1000 for a place SHE KNEW we no longer lived in. No one answers the phones and there’s no voicemails set up. To top it all off, the last lease we signed wasn’t even dated 2022-2023 because they didn’t have new copies available so the copy of the last lease we signed is useless to this new water company. GRENELEFE has scammed us in every way possible. Please save the headache and trouble from renting here.

Jeff was very professional and courteous. I hired him to do popcorn removal in my hallway living room and kitchen. They did some really nice repairs for me as well and now my out dated popcorn is a nice knock down texture with beautiful bright white paint! If you are looking for popcorn removal or drywall repair work or anything dry wall related give them a call. Another reason I decided to go with them is the owners do all the work as well. Thanks Jeff and everyone for making this project of mine smooth and seamless.

We were looking for a reputable company to have popcorn ceilings removed from our home and found JD Oates drywall online . He had great reviews so we thought we would give him a try. He was able to come and give us an estimate in a few days . We had a good feeling about Jeff and his brother as soon as we met them and knew they would be the right guys for the job. They didn’t disappoint. They were there early everyday and worked hard the whole time . They taped off all walls and floors and got started on the popcorn removal right away, They also removed and replaced some drywall that needed repair. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves . Jeff’s sons also work in the family business. Very nice boys that also worked hard the whole time they were here. A great family business. I would highly recommend them. So if you need some drywall work or popcorn removal give them a call !

We hired JD Oates Drywall to remove the popcorn ceiling through out our house. We were so very pleased with the entire experience. They showed up on time, completed the project in the timeline quoted, applied a knockdown ceiling cleaned up after themselves, while being personable, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. We highly recommend JD Oates Drywall.

Jason and his team did an awesome job! Our well pump went out and he was quick to come and replace it for us at a great price! He had everything on hand. I highly recommend Access Pump and Well Repair!

Jayson and Jimmy did a fantastic job! They even came out on a Sunday! My well pump was replaced professionally and in less than three hours. The price was the cheapest around and the pump comes with a 5 yr warranty. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend for any well system needs. Extremely punctual and priced fair. I called on a Saturday morning at 9am. Jason and Jimmy showed up an hour later at 10. By 12 the new pump was installed and running. Not to mention they had the new pump on hand which I felt was highly convenient.
