Beware scam artists !!!!!! I called them to get a quote to install drywall at a new construction . I sent the plans of this small 20f by 30f house. Two weeks after, without even looking at the job they came up with a quote of $50k. Promising a perfect job warning me that the framing was not done right! How do they know when they did NOT see the construction? The arrogance of whoever was on the phone was mind boggling. It refused to continue the conversation when he asked me about other estimates, and he accused me of being “scared”. For the record I have an estimate of a local reputable company for $ 8.3k Do not waste your time or money with them !

I actually made a Adam to a old friend of mine. I need some drywall work done. My friend put me on to Adam and he came in and I promise man he did immaculate work left the place cleaner than what it was when he left it I mean he nailed it no problem seem like you had it going on like you needed to do and not only that but he had owner experience. Ever since then me and who's been good friends just like the guy that introduced me to him. Stand up guy man. With him you got to have five star company. He's a go getter.

So I went to visit my grandma in west palm brach got back 2 days ago,and she had a pipe burst inside the shower wall rally the valve. Grandma‘s neighbor is a plumber and somebody was a referral to Bryan at Bright wall and when he showed up he showed up early. He was very efficient and you couldn’t even tell that there was any water damage anywhere whatsoever. By the time he pulled out of the driveway I would recommend him 10 out of 10 stars to anyone.

Union Restoration is an excellent company to help you with the house leak damages. They have great services and a very professional staff. Perhaps my only comment is linked with the plumbing costs, they are pretty expensive, if your home insurance doesn't cover them, they will come out from your pocket with a huge impact on the house economy. Will be great if Union Restoration take a look to how those charges are settled. Certainly, I recommend Union Restoration to anyone looking for a company to fix the home water leak issues.

this company owner i was told is Dennis Marrero, me and my associate did job under second in command Marcus Carvalho the first job was with Mr Marcus we did good was paid no issues. The second time we go back due to giving wrong fixtures to be installed plus we did installed a tub faucets etc. The issue we encounter when Dennis was there in charge he said his the owner of this company, Marcus left on vacation for the holidays. we had to redo the plumbing fixtures for the tub and shower. Now when it comes to asking where does the sprayer goes and what ever we don't know due to the mistake was done by Mr Marcus we ask the owner Dennis and he then said where it goes no problem right! We did all the things he said to do. We left no issues there, the problem I have is when my partner sent to get paid this was on 11/2024 close to thanksgiving no one responded right away. We were waiting patiently to get this check but no answer. We were told they are on vacation after a month or so waiting. The owner is claiming we installed the sprayer in the wrong spot because the client said it was not the location. Now anyone knows when you need to ask where to install anything you ask the contractor right ? The contractor is now saying due to his mistake we won't get paid due to his mistake that he made, not us. I kept asking Dennis thru text please pay us even if he decide to cut the bill lower i was very nice polite never rude but he said to me that the mistake to fix will make us even so no payment this was 4 weeks ago how far i got asking him to please be fair but all i got was thank you good luck.Does anyone think this is right? All we want is a payment for the job we did. The owner gave his word recently to solve the matter and still nothing. I'm very disappointed. Please be careful who you do business with.

Trying to find a remediation company in Florida is very difficult, what company can you trust. For me I got an introduction to Royal 1 Remediation through a friend. This restoration company treated me and my home like I was family. They were reliable and were always on time and on budget. They kept my home clean and did a great job. Dennis, the owner of Royal 1 was at my home working and was available anytime I had a question. His manager Marta always gave me the daily update and if Dennis was busy, she was always there for me. In today’s world it is nice to find a company that appreciates your business and has that old-school mentality. Customer satisfaction is more important to Royal 1 than money with no ego. I highly recommend this company.

We had a major fire in our home and we were recommended by our public adjuster to go with royal one on top of it. It was in the middle of the night. The manager came out at 4:30 in the morning who gave us a hand helped us gather some of our belongings and had his team come out at six in the morning to start clearing out the place and pack away things that were salvageable. I have to say these guys are amazing. I am very thankful for your help and teamwork.
