Nick,Josh,Will and Felix serviced our home after the water heater busted. A job well done.Very professional. I wasn’t sure what they were doing but they were doing it very well. Guys thank you so much for assuring us that everything was gonna be ok.

Nick and his team were at my home with their equipment within a couple hours of finding the water damage which had flooded two bedrooms and a hallway. Their quick action saved us from having any mold growth, and the entire half of the house flooded with water was completely dried out in less than 48 hours. This was an incredibly bad situation for our family, but it would’ve been much worse without the help from Nick and his team.

Nick and his team were brought on by my insurance company to help with flooding from my a/c unit. They immediately came in and assessed the problem and began working on it that day. They consistently made daily checks to ensure the water levels and any changes they needed to make. After finding the start of mold, they took all the safety steps to contain, remove and clear all of the mold and even achieve test results showing the area was clear. Overall great company, and although I hope to not have to use them again, if I have any water damage they will be my first choice

Impressive job. My roof went from green to clean! He even suck in an upscale to include the driveway and sidewalk. So happy I accepted. Bryan's work is top notch. If you live in the area don't hesitate.

We had Bryan and his crew pressure wash our vinyl fence. Thrilled with the work and the very friendly pricing. They even pressure washed an old car we own while they were there! Having a substantial experience with tradesmen and contractors I can attest that J Rice plumbing goes way beyond the average mediocre . J Rice’s work is on the level of a highly skilled artisan his approach to challenges , his organization and attention to detail are akin to an artist than most people’s expectations of a plumber . I had the pictured sink installed which required the removal of a two decades old original . The operation was extremely challenging ; the outcome was immaculate. Highly knowledgeable, exceptionally skilled, and very competent. I had my kitchen disposal and the seal between it and the kitchen sink replaced; the valves under the kitchen sink and kitchen sink faucet assembly replaced; the flushing mechanism and seal, between the tank and one of my toilet bowls, replaced; and the valves under a bathroom sink and associated sink faucet assembly replaced. Jeff spent a considerable amount of time making absolutely certain that all his work was completed correctly. Great at diagnosing problems. I definitely recommend!

The pressure relief drain line had water running out on floor from hot water heater. Called J. Rice plumbing and explained problem, told him the brand of water heater, he knew right away what the problem was. Showed up on time with correct parts and was extremely efficient, professional and completed repair in less than a hour, parts were under warranty and the charge for his time was very fair and reasonable. Will certainly use him again in the future, and would very much recommend.
