One of the most expensive plumbers you can find. They do give you a free estimate but be prepared for the sticker shock after that. I asked them to connect a kitchen double sink after I preplaced the old sink. Considering that I supplied the sink and all materials other than the connecting pipe to the wall the estimate was for $1,395. Forget about medical or law school go and become a plumber instead.

Be prepared to come off a lot of money when using this plumber. We had a leak on our backflow and they charged us $1,040.25 for repair. To top it off, it’s still leaking.

Tyler the gm represented the company the way a company should when there is miscommunication. Whole sewer system currently being relined. Vinny and his crew are doing a great job.

So a leak had been found in my master bathroom. Joe Restoration emergency services first sent out for drying, then mold was detected. Sean was amazing with the dry out part. Bruno, Lydia & the team have been working so hard removing everything in the bathroom & now the mold microbial treatment is in place. I’m a single mom of a 12 year old nonverbal boy with autism so Bruno was so incredibly thorough with explaining everything to me. Making sure I had everything I needed out of the room. The step by step process, how safe it all is. I highly recommend Joe Restoration as I finally feel comfortable in my own home again!

I have had an ongoing leak in the top of my sliding glass doors from the bonus room to the outside deck.. I called my insurance company on Monday of this week and they assigned Joe Taylor Restoration to inspect the inside of the room experiencing water intrusion. I received a call from them on Tuesday (yesterday ) and an inspector was here last night...same day! Jacob was so kind, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. I am incredibly impressed! Thank you.

my house was flooded from Helene. Never did I expect to have water in my house or what needed to happen to make sure I didn’t have mold, etc. Not sure how I can explain the gratitude that I have for Bruno and his team. This was all so new to me and quite traumatic and Bruno walked me through each stage and what I should expect. I cannot be more grateful for the work ethic showed by the entire team and Bruno as the lead. He worked tirelessly to make sure everything was done properly, and all the water was completely eradicated from my house. He was over late night nights and early mornings. Thank you again, Bruno. John from Formula Plumbing was such a hard working plumber as well as a nice young man. Installing the new city water line from the alley to the street took many hours of precise digging to prepare to lay the new line and connections before the city inspector arrived! Whatever he removed, he carefully replaced. Since he was working several properties nearby he had plumber Gage assisting! I will definitely consider this company as my go-to plumbing company in the future!

Formula Plumbing Services did not disappoint. Their response was quick and knew just what I needed. After reviewing a number of package offers from their service manager, I chose what I needed for the present time and with prices being what they are, will review the other offers for the future. The work was guaranteed and their plumbing tech Victor, was very through and kind.

Jason, Jill and their team at Onsite Construction & Restoration did a great job helping me resolve a permit violation on a driveway project in the City of Tampa. They were very responsive and stayed on top of all communications with the city department. They got a new site plan done with their architect and the paver team made the necessary repairs to the driveway to pass all city inspections and remove the code violation. I would highly recommend them for small or much larger renovation jobs. If I ever have a remodel project at another house in the area, Jason and his team will be my first call !

My wife and I decided that we needed to improve on our 1950's cinder block garage. I knew that this would not be the standard improvement project of remodeling the current interior of the garage. It would take a person or company that just wasn't your everyday handyman. I'm a retired GC having spent over 50 years in building custom homes. As you can see the garage itself was unfinished cinder block walls with piping and exposed electrical wires that surrounded the garage. The ceiling was the underside of the rafters of the hip roof. It would take some creative framing to create the new ceiling and be able to build some soffits to hide all of the electrical wiring and plumbing pipes. The electrical box stood proud of the cinder block wall and the HW heater piping needed to be covered up. Not knowing any builders in the Tampa area, I started looking online for a builder. I came upon many companies that said that did remodels in garages but merely they were just offering finish cabinetry to install. I came upon Onsite Construction which piqued my interest. They had multiple good reviews which is very important. Most of them very positive. Giving them a call Jason returned the call, and we set up an appointment to meet. That was off to a good start as today getting someone to call back is the hardest part it seems. We met on sight, and he got the picture of what was needed to do the project and put together the estimate. After adding some additional items, we settled on price. He broke out the contract on the different aspects of the job and made it easy to understand. Just not doing a lump sum as contractors like to do. You never really know what's included and what's not. He also has all of the needed insurances and licenses. Next step he assembled all of the needed sub-contractors that would be working on the job, and we had a good job meeting with myself included. Eddy was introduced as the Project manager and who I would be communicating with. Eddy turned out to be very easy to work with and had a good sense of detail on how to frame certain soffits and the ceiling area including trim at the end. He communicated either by face time or phone calls. That was important as I was in Colorado for the summer and not going to be onsite. Our only hiccup with the project was the length that we had determined that the project would need to be completed. The initial deadline was missed. In the end Jason came through and put the needed manpower on the project at the end to get it done. The garage certainly turned out like I had anticipated and certainly is a first-class garage now that we can enjoy. pulling our cars into and or doing other work. I will be taking the time to add cabinetry and other touches in the garage that will only enhance the garage more. Being out of state and trusting a contractor is certainly a big plus. Communication is very important with any job and Eddy did a great job. If I have any further projects, I will certainly contact Jason with Onsite Construction.

I did not get to work with this company, but I would happily recommend them. I submitted a request for an estimate online and Jason responded to me right away. I sent a few pictures with the home damage we needed to repair. Jason was unbelievably patient with my questions and was very honest with his feedback. He told me my job was too small for his company, but told me what I needed to look for and gave me a rough estimate of what the repairs should cost. I had spent weeks speaking with various companies, all who were eager to tear up our house and overcharge. Jason was 100% right. I followed his suggestions, found a good company and we got our repairs done within a week (for close to the price he estimated). Jason helped us free of charge. I truly appreciate it. When the time comes for us to have larger home projects, I will definitely call this company first.
