While not the largest or most critical water restoration project ever, Nino and team treated me like a priority right from the first call. Nino was onsite just a few hours after my call and the room was back to new in less than 5 days. Crew was courteous, professional and knows their stuff! And all at a very reasonable price. Terrible. Just moved in 2 days ago. They came right before they close at 4:30, turned off our water without warning and without even knocking on the door. They left a note on the door saying they turned off the water and we need to set up an account and pay the deposit. We just moved in and didn’t know a deposit was needed. We called the office and explained everything and told them we would give them our card information right now and pay the deposit. They refuse to help. They stated that there is nothing they can do. We have 2 small children and no water.

I've been in Port LaBelle for 3 years now. Never had an issue. My water and trash bills are always reasonable.

When I tell you Pro-Vac saved the day they saved the day. My company was in a bind and needed about 140ft of drain pipes cleared as it was packed full of sand and mud from the Hurricane. They came in on short notice and cleared these quickly and did a fantastic job. Thank you again Pro-Vac!!

After I had trouble getting on the schedule of the previous vac company that we used for our car washes for many years. I remembered that the owner of Pro-Vac had reached out to me. I gave them a call and was on the schedule a few days later, not three months later. That’s so important when you need an emergency pump out! They arrived bright and early, so that they could have the pump out done before customers arrived. They were Prompt, professional and fast! So they have earned our business in the future. Highly recommend!
