Living out of state, I purchased a condo in Dunedin that needed a total renovation. I called several contractors and spoke with them over the phone regarding the scope of the work, which included gutting bathrooms and kitchen, new flooring throughout, wainscoting and moldings and paint. Jack form ATI was one of two that I developed a comfort level with, and ultimately I chose ATI. I could not give a higher endorsement of Jack, ATI and their crew! Jack worked with me entirely over the phone and through email, having never actually met him in person. The job they did was phenomenal! Not only was the quality of work and craftsmanship exceptional, but every detail was paid attention to. Jack was willing to make suggestions based on his experience, which I appreciated and found helpful. His crew accepted appliance deliveries for me and were flexible when needed. I felt like everyone who worked on the job took a special interest and pride in making sure it was done well. The project was well-organized and completed on time, and I received updates and excellent communication throughout. Again, I could not give a higher endorsement, and if I had it to do all over again, I would do it exactly the same way and would not consider using anyone else. Every aspect of working with ATI was professional and a pleasure, and at a fair price.

ATI Services of Tampa was absolutely amazing to work with!! Jack is very responsive and shoots things to you straight. I had many questions, since this was our first remodel ever and he always had an answer ready. While Jack is awesome, the real gems are his guys! They were always early to the job site, friendly and communicating what was happening with the project. I had even more questions for them and they always were polite and would explain anything I needed additional elaboration on. Even when I would make selections that weren't the best fit, they would make recommendations as to why I might want to consider a different route. I can't recommend them enough! The project completed at the shorter time frame they gave and now we are just looking to start our next project with them. There might be a little of a wait to start working with ATI but seriously I would not go anywhere else. Sometimes the wait is worth your while!

We just completed our major kitchen, dining room and living room renovation with ATI Services. I can not say enough good things about Jack Z and his team. Our project consisted of removing three interior walls to go with a full open concept feel (after we had a structural engineer confirm no walls were load bearing). We added all new white shaker cabinets, blue pearl granite, tile floor, tile backsplash and an eight-foot island as the center piece of the kitchen. We selected Jack to be the general contractor and handle everything, all we had to do was pick our design, finishes and provide feedback. Jack has a great network of vendors and suppliers that he deals with to help you picking out your floors, backsplash, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets. Jacks team completed all the demo work, handled all the plumbing, electrical, removal of old tile floor, install new tile floor, retexture ceiling, installing all new recessed lights, installing all appliances, upgrading electrical panel, trenching for power to the new island and installation of all plumbing & light finishes. Jack is a class act to deal with and you will always know where you stand with the project as well as what is coming up next. The crew at ATI was top notch. They were always on-time every morning 8am, greeted with a smile, worked hard all day and cleaned up their mess at the end of each day. For the amount of demo work and construction work that we had going on, we only chose not to live in the house for two nights while the new floor was being installed. For the remaining six weeks, we were able to continue living in our house with running water, AC, power and amenities we would need to be comfortable. When it came to the budget, Jack was spot on. He asked what our budget was up front, asked what we wanted to accomplish and we went from there. We paid incremental milestone payments that were agreed prior to the start of work and there were no hidden costs along the way. Jack is a very transparent guy. He will be very straight with you from the first time meet him at consultation until the after the final day of the project (we still talk to Jack). I will be clear that ATI Services was not the cheapest quote we received, but they were not the highest quote either. I am a firm believer in, you get what you pay for. Jacks team does quality work and you will not be disappointed with your finished product. I would highly recommend ATI Services to anyone looking for a kitchen or bath remodel. We will be calling Jack and his team back in the future to update both our bathrooms.

Nothing is fun or wonderful about having a plumbing emergency happen in your home but Apex actually made us much easier. From making the call first thing this morning to Austin calling to let me know he was on the way, it got easier and easier. Austin was not only incredibly knowledgeable regarding what was going on with our plumbing but extremely easy going and patient with all of my questions. I can’t even express how grateful I am that I was able to ask questions as many times as I needed and he never got frustrated. This was the best plumbing experience we could have had. Will definitely call Apex with all future needs and 100% be requesting Austin to do them.

We had a plumbing emergency and called Apex plumbing. The issue was a broken pipe right behind the toilet. Hard to reach but easy to repair. It is a 2 hr job. max. They promptly showed up within an hour, and provided a quote of 9X. I give 4 stars for the efficiency and professionalism, but it felt to me that their pricing was out of norm. I called around for a qualified handyman. A few hours later the problem was fixed for 2X as predicted within 2 hrs.

I have had Apex out for 2 different jobs. First one was to epoxy the main pipe from the master bathroom to the guest bathroom to the septic tank. It took 2 coats of epoxy to get it just right. This was in January 2024. Second visit was to fix a vent pipe in the guest bathroom. It had a major crack in it (see photos). Basically every time someone used the bathroom (shower, sink, or toilet) the whole house would smell like the septic tank. Throw in a non working ac unit and you have a perfect location for the portal to hell! Apex came in and fixed the issue yet again. They were very knowledgeable and super fast! Only slightly negative thing I could say is to keep better communication. I don't care if you are going to be late, just call me before you are late and let me know.

We presented Damage Control with a complicated situation with the County wherein they were asking us to do the most ridiculous thing. Despite being confused by what was needed, Kevin was able to expeditously review all the notes, and perfom needed the task in a more than timely manner! We just bought a brand new home and will be utilizing them for all of our needs! thank you!

The team at Damage Control, Kevin, Dane, and Sam, helped me restore my kitchen after a leaky pipe flooded our home and caused a mold infestation. Their knowledge, expertise, and patience helped me navigate this restoration process. Their work on this project exceeded my expectations. Throughout the reconstruction, they were consistently professional, answered all my questions, provided me with information and options to make good decisions about what was needed and how to save money, and counseled and prepared me with what would happen at each step. They genuinely care about their clients and I recommend working with them.

We hired Damage Control to repair water leaks after we notice water entering into our home. Both the owner, Sam, and his associate, Kevin, assured us that they had the expertise and teams to handle the work which included reinstalling the windows. However, what was promised to be a few weeks of work stretched into several months before completion. Then just two months later we began noticing cracks and water stains on the window casings and drywall around the windows. Sam came out again and verified that the windows were still leaking into the walls and they had been improperly installed. He promised to send out a window expert to fix the issues. Despite several attempts to coordinate a date and time for the repairs, no one showed up and we then stopped receiving any responses from anyone at Damage Control. As a result, we had to hire a second company to reopen the walls. They discovered significant mold growth and improper supports and weather stripping around all the windows. One of the windows had even entirely fallen out of its frame. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and costly, we would caution others against relying on Damage Control.

Anthony and his crew were fantastic while working on a patio demo project at my home. The crew worked quickly and cleaned up everything after the job was complete. An all around professional experience! I’m so happy with how the project turned out and I’m enjoying my new outdoor space. I will absolutely use Harbor Contracting for future projects and would definitely recommend them!!

I spoke with Anthony about repairing my driveway on short notice. He was very professional about the work being done and didn't try to oversell me on additional services. The driveway was fixed on the same day and I am extremely pleased on the results. I live in an HOA community and this definitely will keep me of their radar like some HOAs do. I highly recommend them if you want any work done correctly the first time.

Working with Anthony was exceptionally great. Prompt response, high level of professionalism, and extremely well versed with the SOW needed to be done. Went above and beyond to make accommodations considering the circumstances and short notice. Highly recommend Harbor Contracting and would certainly contract them again.

Been a customer for about two years and delivery has been spot on. We opted for the more expensive water as it’s our drinking water, and even then the monthly costs are totally worth it and not considered over prized. I recently did a full water testing for my house and did a TDS test (Total Dissolved Solids) and it measures 8 on our delivery water, which is really low and optimal for drinking. It gave me confidence in that the water we order is good quality and doesn’t have toxins, heavy metals or other contaminants. I order extra jugs for each delivery that I use as our emergency water supply and simply rotate them so the spare water is never more than a month old. I have one 5 gallon jug per family member. Highly suggest that.

I'm a new customer and just got our first delivery yesterday! Previously, I called WaterBoy to ask a few questions about bottle deposits and just how that all worked, I was put through to Ivy and she was awesome! She was able to answer all my questions and explain everything perfectly! Our delivery driver was Bob, I was out for the whole day and unable to answer my phone, but Bob called and texted to notify me that he had delivered the water and dispenser, he even moved the bottles and dispenser closer to the door when he saw I wasn't home! Thank you for that!! Ivy also called me later that day to check on how things went and to explain how to set up the dispenser! The knowledge, customer service, and care they both provided was exceptional!

This is a great company. Their customer service is fantastic. I order 3 gal distilled water bottles. All it takes to increase or decrease my standard order is call or email.

Week two...... So happy we pay for a service that we don't get. There are multiple small piles of palms still left in our neighborhood... It was nice to see the selectively picked up some but left others.

Very unsafe area to be walking around mostly from the Company doing the water line work. Poor work ethics and just plain lazy. So if you are visiting the city and your favorite places to eat. Be careful. Very poor choice for a Construction company. Everyone loves this place. Sad for the people of Safety Harbor. Your attention is well needed. Where is the quality control? Very poorly maintained company. Everyone have a good day and keep your eyes wide open.
