These are the details from my email sent. Hoping that the issue is resolved. I have spent over $700 and missed two days of work, including a lot of stress about "a huge leak" that I never had. This was due to the water company misunderstanding what the meter says. To whom this may concern, Leak Detection Company Reimbursement I have spoken to numerous individuals and supervisors in regards to my "reported leak" back in January 2023 at the address of ............. . This was after the new meter was installed. I initially called in because my bill was extremely high due to 3 months of estimated billing. That in itself is wrong that no one came out to address the issue until 3 months later. The main issue is that the person that I spoke to on the phone by the name of Casey or Stacy, was trying to address the problem which is what I was told. They stated that I had been using an excess amount of water. We then began to track and monitor the usage of my water. I called in multiple times daily around January 20th through February 1st. During this time I was told that there was excess usage of water, thousands of gallons of water. In minutes of time. I told them that I spoke to professionals that that amount of water is similar to the amount of water spitting out of a broken fire hydrant. As a homeowner, I was severely stressed out and concerned. I demanded that someone come out from the water company to check this issue. However, I was told that I need to have a plumber or leak detection company come out. I paid for a plumber demanded that a person came out. They said no even after my plumber found no issues. I then had them check the usage and they stated that there was still a massive leak. I proceeded to pay a leak detection company and they found zero leaks after pressure testing. I look forward to resolving this issue before court. However, if I don't receive a reimbursement, I will pursue legal actions.

Horrible Horrible Service....I do my best to stay on top of all my bills every month but FL City is incredibly inconsistent. My bills feel staggered and some of these charges aren't even making sense to me anymore. Why am I receiving a bill for October - November in....February? TAKE SCREENSHOTS EVERY TIME YOU PAY. They tried to charge me twice claiming i didn't pay my prior months' bill. Not true - thankfully I screenshot because with these folks, feels like you're dealing with a third-world country. This service is garbage. Total joke...

Closed my account about 3 weeks ago! Upon closing they told me my refund will be returned by mail. Still nothing can’t get through I’ve left messages in voicemails (not an answer) went in person and No one knows how long it takes! It’s very annoying and not professional at all! That no one returns a call and they don’t know their policy!

I wish I could give them zero stars, the worst part about moving to Homestead was dealing with the Florida city water department. For the past four months I haven’t received a bill nor have I been able to view my bills online. Their excuse to this is that they are redoing their website. Why is it taking 4 months to get this website redone?! In order to find out how much I have to pay for the month I have to email random people that I find on their website because I cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone. Every month my water bill comes out more and more expensive. No reason or explanations why. They REALLYYY need to get it together, something needs to be done, a change needs to happen ASAP.

Look no further for an honest plumber who is more than fair with the price. Our mainline was stopped completely it took them 4+ hours to get it opened. They never quit and left the kitchen spotless. While I hope we don’t need their services anytime soon, if we do they will be the first place we call.

They did an excellent job of communicating with me and accommodating my schedule. “Dee” arrived on time, was very polite, and showed a deep knowledge of how to resolve my water heater issues. He offered helpful recommendations and completed the repairs quickly. After finishing, Dee made sure to clean up his work area, which I really appreciated. I called Cleary Plumbing and in a matter of minutes not only was I contacted right away by one of their reps to verify my information and my concern but as soon as I got of the phone I got a text with a picture of the technician they were sending with his information and several reviews. He was here in less than 30 minutes. Chris my tech was awesome, he explained to me what he was going to do and why and had everything done promptly and professionally. Made sure I knew what he had done and cleaned the area. Minutes after he was done I received an email with my invoice and pictures of the job finalized. I give Chris and Cleary plumbing 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
