One of the most expensive plumbers you can find. They do give you a free estimate but be prepared for the sticker shock after that. I asked them to connect a kitchen double sink after I preplaced the old sink. Considering that I supplied the sink and all materials other than the connecting pipe to the wall the estimate was for $1,395. Forget about medical or law school go and become a plumber instead.

Be prepared to come off a lot of money when using this plumber. We had a leak on our backflow and they charged us $1,040.25 for repair. To top it off, it’s still leaking.

Tyler the gm represented the company the way a company should when there is miscommunication. Whole sewer system currently being relined. Vinny and his crew are doing a great job.

So a leak had been found in my master bathroom. Joe Restoration emergency services first sent out for drying, then mold was detected. Sean was amazing with the dry out part. Bruno, Lydia & the team have been working so hard removing everything in the bathroom & now the mold microbial treatment is in place. I’m a single mom of a 12 year old nonverbal boy with autism so Bruno was so incredibly thorough with explaining everything to me. Making sure I had everything I needed out of the room. The step by step process, how safe it all is. I highly recommend Joe Restoration as I finally feel comfortable in my own home again!

I have had an ongoing leak in the top of my sliding glass doors from the bonus room to the outside deck.. I called my insurance company on Monday of this week and they assigned Joe Taylor Restoration to inspect the inside of the room experiencing water intrusion. I received a call from them on Tuesday (yesterday ) and an inspector was here last night...same day! Jacob was so kind, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. I am incredibly impressed! Thank you.

This was all so new to me and quite traumatic and Bruno walked me through each stage and what I should expect. I cannot be more grateful for the work ethic showed by the entire team and Bruno as the lead. He worked tirelessly to make sure everything was done properly, and all the water was completely eradicated from my house. He was over late night nights and early mornings. Thank you again, Bruno. This company built the Harmony community in Lakewood Ranch ~5-7 years ago and literally every home in the subdivision has needed a new roof from the last couple of hurricanes. Meanwhile, the homes built at relatively the same time in surrounding subdivisions have untouched roofs. Horrible craftsmanship.

We closed in Sunrise Preserve 2 months ago. Our home is just beautiful, well built and we were well cared for every step of the way by the Mattamy sales people and especially Wade Geissler- our fabulous builder! We love the community in general, the activity center offerings, the neighbors we've met, the fabulous location, and all things Sarasota! Being in the Real estate business for over 30 years (RE Agent and NYC RE Attorney) , our expectations were high - so we are delighted that we chose the right builder and community! Happy to be an Owner in Sunrise!

We like our new home. We have great neighbors. But the great surprise for us - family with teen kids - it's not a kids friendly community, and teens have nothing to do here and must be supervised by parents in any common facilities. Community runs as 55+, and we met resistance when we tried to propose adjustment to the community rules to get kids some space to be active and play sports. We even had a petition signed by 54 members of the community. But it didn't make much difference. There is nothing for kids to do at all. Also, there are a few people in the community who are constantly writing anonymous complaints about kids. I hope that with the new HOA board, things will change, and the community becomes more welcoming for kids and young families.
