Restoration Kings completed remediation related to Hurricane Helene. It was very refreshing to not be pushed to an online form or an 800 number. Nick actually answered the phone and was able to squeeze us in. He was very easy to work with, had great communication and fair pricing.

I have used legacy on 3 occasions when we had pipes burst at corporate buildings. The response time was absolutely amazing and the professionalism of the legacy team was unmatched. From the initial calls to the response teams to the follow up from the management team has been fantastic. I hope you never need them but if you do you will not be sorry. Call the legacy team when in need.

A little background-I am a resident of the Shore Acres neighborhood in St Pete. For those of you who don't know, Shore Acres is flood prone. Last year during Idalia, my home took on 18 inches of water. My husband and I (pregnant at the time) were displaced for 6 months while our house was being restored. Currently, we are hunkered down with our infant for Tropical Storm Debby. Our street is completely under water and it has made it's way all the way up our driveway. I just watched a Legacy Restoration truck speed down my street, too fast for me to even take a picture creating a wake that forced water into my garage. I have never used Legacy Restoration and after seeing their tactics to drum up business I never would! I would urge anyone and everyone to boycott their business. I learned with our last flood that restoration companies are essentially ambulance chasers. However, intentionally intensifying the damage during an already high stake situation is a poor business model, unethical, and an inherently bad person behind the actions.

Shecome did the cleanup of mold at our house. He is very polite and personable.He is very knowledgeable and informed me of everything he had to do.He was very professional. I hope this never happens again, but if it does, I want him to be the one that takes care of it.
