I recently had some water intrusion in one of my bedrooms and needed remediation services. I’m so glad I chose this company! Chad, the technician who helped me, was truly outstanding—professional, considerate, and incredibly thorough. He set up a full containment area to completely isolate the work zone, then created negative air pressure so that all debris and dust was directed out of the window rather than floating back into my home. It really put my mind at ease to see that level of care and attention to detail. Chad was also extremely knowledgeable. I had quite a few questions and concerns, especially when it came to mold, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. His expertise and willingness to share information made me feel confident in the process and reassured that my home was in good hands. Once the remediation was complete, Chad went above and beyond by providing me with recommendations and reliable contacts for the next steps—installing drywall, replacing the flooring, and painting the wall. Thanks to his guidance, I know exactly what to do to restore my room to its original state. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stand out. If you need water remediation services, don’t hesitate to call them!

Despite the manager being friendly and knowledgeable, I would not recommend this company. I contacted DryOps after noticing wet carpet near my windows after Tropical Storm Debby. The manager was prompt and responded the same day. He came out and did an initial evaluation and set up some equipment to help with recovery. After 3 long weeks, DryOps finished their remediation and recovery, and collected their final payment ($30k was the total cost). As we were writing the check for the final payment the manager stated that he would diligently work to get the final report to us by the end of the following weekend. It has been 4 months and we have still not receive the final report. Our home owners insurance denied our claim solely based on the fact that they did not receive the final report from DryOps LLC. After filing a complaint with the BBB, the manager reached out to me and promised that he would get us the report by the end of THAT weekend, claiming that I was a priority. That weekend came and went, still no report. About a week later, the manager asked me if I would agree to remove the complaint from the BBB website if he provided the report the next day. I have not heard from the company since then, and still don’t have the report. After all is said and done, I have had to pay more than $70k out of pocket due to water damage to my home with no help from home owners insurance. We understood that we had a 50/50 chance of the insurance company covering some of the cost, but without the report from DryOps LLC, we have no chance at all. Definitely would not recommend this company to ANYONE based on the lack of professionalism and ability to keep their word to their customers

I recently dined at DryOPS and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. I can't wait to return for another wonderful meal! Highly recommend!

Couldn’t be any more pleased with the work Zach has provided. He is always on time and very professional. I have used his pressure washing services multiple times and he always leaves my house and driveway shining bright. Highly recommend!

My house and driveway look amazing! They did a fantastic time getting me a quick and timely appointment. My driveway and sidewalk are gorgeous and are actually two different colors! Absolutely great group of people , fixed all my work trucks next day turn around ! Extremely well detailed and take care of the customers and equipment. Highly recommend them to any and everyone they get stuff done and quality work !

After a blow out on I75 we waited for AAA 4 hours. Finally, the FDOT road ranger suggested I call a local towing company and I finally found M and N. They had an available truck and he was there within an hour, loaded our car and took us to our town tire shop. He made sure we were safe and had a ride home. Both the dispatcher and driver were professional, kind, and prompt with their service. I hope never to need them again, but if I do and am in FL, I will call M and N first!

Nathan and Cody are the absolute best. We got a friends 4 runner stuck under water in some off road trails after dark. They have all the equipment and know how to do the work. Great dudes. Hope I never have to use their service again but if I do I know who I’m callin!

Justine came to test our water for the public water awareness program. See did an amazing job of showing and explaining to us what we are using for our drinking water. Do your homework before you buy a water filtration system. Not all are the same. Be sure to ask for Justine to come and educate you.

Joel did a perfect job, very responsible, organized , clean and punctual. He finished both installs and he was very professional individual. Can’t wait to start to enjoy my new water systems from Florida water analysis

We had the water quality tested today ,10/31/2024 by Technician TINA HESS . She was wonderful, very knowledgeable and professional ! She answered patiently and clearly all the questions we had and also made the necessary recommendations for improvement. Thank you.

I had no water pressure called Wahneta water. They promptly sent someone out. The guys that came out, quickly located the problem and took care of it. The guys were the most polite respectful young men I have ever met. Thank you so much for everyone there, really appreciate you!!

Absolutely horrible!!! I wish I could give a negative number! Almost weekly my water is randomly off we are on a brand new sub division and we’re told it’s the best company. That as soon as all homes were built the pressure would also go up. 2 yrs later still same issues and don’t get me started on the office staff. I just called as it’s 9:35 am and again no water. Answering service was so rude and said we just answer the phones we can’t help. I am so over this company!

Bill raised over 800 dollars with no explanation other than we reread your meter and it’s fine. What ever the reason you are still responsible no matter what. No leaks no change in usage and said I had 109,00 increase in three weeks. Customer service is terrible. When I called to get an explanation I was hung up on and called back to just to be told we do t credit anything regardless.
