Woke up this am to find out our water heater went. Found Crystal Clear Drains on Next door App. Spoke with Crystal and she was able to have someone come today. John was great! Pleasant, professional, and went out of his way to see if our old water heater was covered under a warranty (it was)! John removed the water heater and was able to the warranty exchange for us. John answered our questions and explained how important draining the systems yearly is. Also checked our water pressure and explained why it is important not to be too high. We will use John at Crystal Clear Drain again and highly recommend him!

I’m a realtor and crystal clear drain has saved my client from a nasty clog kitchen sink! They accomplish what others couldn’t by removing a huge grease clog in the kitchen main line. They had commercial equipment that pushed thru 50ft of grease that had accumulated over decades. Very knowledgeable and quick on pin pointing the issues. Highly recommended for anyone who need an expert hands in plumbing!

I can' say enough great things about Shane and his business! Shane has been working on my well and pump and that of the previous owner for decades. He is very reasonably priced and incredibly reliable. Shane communicates well and has someone out fast for the fix! When I needed to find a new water treatment service/supply company I was thrilled to find out Shane does this work as well. He also does water softener systems. I highly recommend Shane's services. You will be happy with the results!

Called Shane’s Well drilling looking for a quote to replace my well pump. The quote that was provided was very competitive with others that I had received. Shane was also able to come out same day, very key when you have no running water. Shane was at my house for about a half hour and called me to tell me it was a bad wire not my well pump and the well was working again, he repaired the wire. Fast service, honest, competitive pricing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. A+++

When our well pump stopped flowing, we were quoted for a $2300 job by one of the "big companies" in town. I like to get a second opinion on expenses like that so I called Shane. He was able to come by the same day and found that I really only needed $1000 of work because part of my system was fine. He and his team replaced my broken parts the next morning. Tony and Parthenon did a fantastic job drying out our home after Helene. They were here immediately and worked until almost midnight ensuring everything was removed, dried, and disinfected. The teams that worked on our home genuinely cared and treated our home as if it were their own. I hope I never have to go through this again, but Parthenon would be my first call if we did.
