A water leak in my bathroom greeted me awake early Wednesday morning! Called a plumber and they were here in a couple of hours. After assessment, it was determined the leak was in the foundation. DKI was called, an evaluation was done and soon after Alex and Bryce arrived. They placed dryers and dehumidifiers in my room and bathroom. Both were very efficient, careful to be sure all the cords were taped down secure to prevent tripping. Alex explained how all was going to work and that they would come back daily to check progress. On the second day I found carpet, in room adjacent to leak, was damp from residual leaking, they put blowers in that room too. Third day most of blowers were removed, but Alex found an area still damp so a couple were left for that. Ryan arrived on Saturday morning to find all dry and ready to get rest of the equipment out. Alex, Bryce and Ryan were all great communicating what was going on, and comfortable to have in my home. I highly recommend DKI for any water leak issues you may have. Excellent customer service from every employee I had contact with. I gratefully thank you all!

We found water leaking in the bathroom wall, and called this company on Saturday evening, their emergency technician - Alex was very responsible, he talked to me for the details and suggested me to wait till Monday morning since we already control the leaking and need another department to do the inspection and estimate. Monday morning right after 8:00am, Justin, their technical lead contacted me and did the same day inspection, estimation and suggestion. They are very knowledgeable, effective, and being honest. I could say: Dreyer's DKI is high performance, high quality and honest. Highly recommend this company. Dreyer's DKI will be my contact company in the future. Thanks Dreyer's!

This company has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ever hire them. One team member lied to me telling me they can always come and work with customers 24/7 and then another employee tells you they only work 8-4. So which is it? If I had known that on Day 1, I would have gone with another company but this company only cares about getting your money and will tell you anything initially to take your money. Then when you ask them to text and not call you at work, get ready to receive multiple calls from different company employees all day long without one ever talking to another so the customer ends up communicating between their employees for them. Then when they leave their own company keybox on your door, they will accuse you as the customer of changing the keybox code and will even leave the property without completing the job all because they can’t figure out how to open a simple keybox which I myself literally opened in 1 minute myself. Absolutely the worst service experience I have ever been through. I just contracted with another company and they arrived, texted and started the job to be completed in a professional matter hopefully soon. I am shocked by the Dreyer’s Company. When I tried speaking to a Manager, all he did was waste my precious time talking down to me and taking his employees’ sides instead of admitting they made multiple mistakes throughout the whole service (or lack thereof) process. I’ve taken my own video of the keybox, saved messages from them and even took my own pictures showing that they clearly just wanted my money and didn’t care about the customer at all the whole time. Don’t work with them..go anywhere else and I guarantee you’ll be treated better.

I had a delightful and informative interaction with both Courtney and Jorge, owners of Best Water Solutions. After talking to Courtney about my concerns, Jorge came to our home and spent over two hours testing our water, explaining our options, and answering our questions. He did not tried to pressure me into buying anything and told me to take my time, shop around, and compare my options. That is something I rarely experience anymore when dealing with businesses.

Jorge and the entire team at Best Water Solutions put my family at ease and did an amazing job updating our well system. They explained everything and made sure we were properly set up for the future; we greatly look forward to working with them and are extremely appreciative of their expertise!

I would like to give a Big Shout out and Thank You to the fine folks at BEST WATER. I was having some issues with my unit that was not softening my water. Originally, I thought it was the salt. Best Water sent out A technician that went (up above and beyond) The call of duty to fine and fix the problem. The issue was not the salt but something else that only a trained eye could find. I appreciated the kind, caring, and professional way this was handled. I can highly recommend Best Water to anyone looking for a great Water Softening Company. Will not use anyone else. Ed Saxon

Carlos and Carlos did a fine job. The carpets came out great. My light tan tile floors had not been deep cleaned in the 8 years I've lived in my 24-year-old house. My expectations for the tile and grout were low, and I'm pleased with the improvement. Reasonable price too, significantly lower than a competitor.

These guys have been the BEST in a tough circumstance. They did an awesome job getting our home back to being clean! Rodger was super helpful with answering questions and being a resource during these uncertain times! We cannot say enough great things about the entire teams that came out to the house! Thank you!

I have worked with Jason and his team on two occasions and have been very pleased with the results. They are prompt to respond and follow up on issues - I wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future. Highly recommend them to anyone needing any restoration work !

We have an almost 100-year-old house and discovered our washing machine was sinking through the floor. Christian came out, put on a hazmat suit, and crawled under our house for an inspection. We were very impressed with his thoroughness, assurance of the construction timeline, and other high reviews and decided to go with Alpha. Will, our foreman, was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with as he stayed in contact with us and on schedule. The entire floor of our kitchen and utility area was removed, spray-on insulation scraped off and joists reinforced. This was especially impressive as our subfloor had dissolved into mulch in places and was only held up by ceramic tile! Crew members Freddy, Broskey, Jake and Emmanuel did a great job both with construction and clean-up. Alpha's reviews are well deserved for their quality of work and ability to stay on schedule. We highly recommend them as well!

Alpha Foundations was a pleasure to work with from the initial in person sales meeting to installation. We were provided clear and fair recommendations and options that best suited our budget and need. Brett, Jon, and Jake provided exceptional installation and customer service. They were punctual, kept their work area clean, very easy to talk to, and looked and acted with professionalism. Our encapsulation looks amazing! Thank you!

I had a great experience with Alpha Foundations! Foreman Will, with his crew Jacob, Broskey, and Jacob did a phenomenal job taking care of my home! Eric did a stand up job with the initial job coming out to diagnose what was wrong. I can sleep easy now knowing my house was taken care of. Kept the job site clean and did a great job communicating! Would give 10 stars if i could!!

I had a very good experience with this company. Jed is very good at quickly responding and being available, as well as showing up and getting the job done, and has a calm and educated demeanor. The company was there onsite the first day to mitigate and repair the sewer/flood damage. And once the insurance company finally did their job, within days the drywall, mud work, door, baseboard, trim and paint were finished. Paul also was very easy to access, responsive and helpful. I recommend.

I would give them zero stars but that’s not an option. Never received a call back. 2 phone calls, 8 days later and crickets. Already called another company. Looking at the reviews seems I’ve dodged a bullet

I asked them for the Area Rug pick up service to clean my favorite 8 x 10. They said it would take 2 -3 weeks. 6 weeks later I had not heard a word so I called. They had it and it was ready; nice. The rug looks good and they got out the only stain it had. Unfortunately their machines poked a couple of small holes clean through my rug from the bottom up. I haven't said anything because I don't want anything from them. I'm just a little disappointed in the lack of customer service by not calling when it was ready and if they had inspected the rug they would have seen the holes for sure. I say Use at Your Own Risk.
