answers to tough issues and great consultants to back it up I used to be in construction myself, but don't do it much anymore. I hired Paradise Construction and they are able to answer any tough questions I had. The consultants here are highly skilled.

The crew came in and demolished the concrete steps and cleaned up afterwards. They did an excellent job!

I've never left a faucet running.....oops! It happened and it flooded my laundry room, another room and closet, and the furnace closet. Yikes! 911 Restoration of Naples responded immediately. Jose and his team are so professional and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and answer any questions. He provided his contact information in case anything or any questions come up. I recommend them 100%.

They have saved my condo twice now. Quick response even on a weekend. They were there daily, hourly, whatever it took. July 4, 2022 PM my hot water heater in the attic broke. I called 911 Restoration. Travis was here within one hour. Derek, Lorenzo and his team followed up over the next eight days with removing all wet debris and moving dehumidifiers and air blowers as needed. Regularly, they checked humidity levels as they continued the clean up. Derek, always called on his way to my house. Excellent work, customer service, communication, clean and polite.

Getting your whole house repiped is a scary messy proposition. These guys are absolutely the best of the best. Easy to work with, definitely know what they are doing and reasonably priced. What I thought would be issues they resolved quickly. Cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. Great job guys!

LOVED Water Works!! Water works did an incredible job with the re pipe of our single family home. It was a team of guys that worked very harmonious together. They were very professional and clean. They were in and out in less than 6 hrs with minimal clean up due to their tidiness and efficiency. We were definitely amazed at the quality of work within such a short time. They also made things hassle free by scheduling the inspection for us and had them out the next morning making things more smoothe. We would 100% recommend Water Works in comparison to the other companies around the area as they were priced more fair, and were a pleasure to have in our home. Thank you guys!

Excellent experience with Waterworks. Hector arrived at the scheduled time and was very polite and explained exactly what he did for the repair. He was also very efficient. Waterworks will be our plumber going forward. Great service at a reasonable price!

My husband and I were so stressed after buying our home and finding out the next day we needed a new water system. Bo came into my office for some work to be done, saw his truck and asked him about his services. He came out to my house the next day, gave me a quote, and had it fixed within the next couple days. Been a customer for over 4 years out in Buckingham. Service is great prices are fair and they have always been responsive. Bo and his technicians always take the time to talk and explain to me what is going on. Every time something breaks they come out asap to repair and get my water back running. Not sure about the negative reviews, but I would recommend Water Pro to everyone.

If I could give zero stars... I’ve been a customer of Water Pro for the last 6 years because of the price and service, which is $30 for monthly maintenance. You get what you pay for! They conveniently skipped me for the last two months! I had to call because I noticed my salt container was super empty. That’s when the owner, Bo informed me that he had skipped our home for the month of March. Now it’s April 29 and they still haven’t showed. I called again today to cancel their services and the owner could not have cared less! He was very rude and flippant. Conveniently he was sending a technician today, so he said. Their service has truly declined and their communication with costumers is zero! No loyalty to their long standing clients. Consumer beware!

This morning, I discovered my water system was leaking and making an unusual noise. I called Water Medic’s emergency number since the business was closed for the weekend. Ariel promptly took my information and guided me through shutting off the water valve to prevent further damage. She assured me that a technician would be dispatched to assess the issue. Within an hour, Kevin arrived and conducted a thorough inspection. He quickly identified that the system’s booster needed replacement but confirmed that all other components were functioning well. Kevin explained the system’s operation in detail, ensuring I understood it better—something I truly appreciated. He made me feel confident and informed, which was invaluable. Omg, I CANT THANK Russell ENOUGH!!! He got here at 11am!! By 2pm he had water again to the house. Thanksgiving week and vacation week and I was a ball of stress!! Russell would say he would show up at a certain day and time, but weeks would go by and he still hasn't showed up. He is very disrespectful when he talks to you. He keeps cussing and hanging up the phone. As someone who owns a business this is not tolerated or professional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

What an incredible experience. I had a bad water heater and Ian had blown out both of my tanks on my water equipment. I called Sunday night and he was here Monday for four or five hours until he got all units replaced even stopped at Home Depot to pick up a toilet I had picked out I cannot say enough about what excellent service he offered. He explained each step as he was doing get cleaned up after himself and even help straighten out the garage a little. If you need any type of water service, do not hesitate to call them support our local business men please. Just an update to my previous review. I woke up on Sunday morning without water. I have had problems with ants in my pressure For years. I called Russell at 8:15 and by 10 o’clock he was here and fixed my water for no charge. If every businessman in southwest Florida was his honorable as this company, the world would be a much better place. If anyone needs water service do not hesitate.
