I called them to replace a backflow, and they were able to come out the next day and got it done. Whenever I call the office, they are always pleasant and helpful. Sig was the technician who came out to do the work and it's obvious he knows his trade. Will now use them yearly for backflow testing.

AJ and his crew did a great job on our clean out. Tough job and deep but persisted and assisted us in saving our nearby shrubs. Wonderful to work with and would use them again.

They never called me to follow up on information I requested. Poor customer service!

This business understands the importance of customer satisfaction and service. After having a water leak and not knowing who to call we used Google. The reviews were positive so we called. Within two hours they were at the house to evaluate and advise of the options. They were thorough in determining the damage. Once agreed plan was set they went to work and the dry out process began. For three days there were daily checks and then the process was complete. From start to finish this company was top notch. Kassandra, Michael and his father in law were a pleasure to do business with in a stressful situation. They are good people that deserve to be recognized for their ability to get the work done and treat customers with respect.

Koch restoration came with in hours of my call. The process was started immediately to dry out the house. They discussed with me all my options and made recommendations. They let me make decisions without any pressure. The owner was able to work with me according to my financial ability and gave me a great discount. I want to especially thank Mike and his father in law for all their hard work. Thank you Kassandra for your generosity to me during this very stressful time. Our newly remodeled bathroom had a water leak from the toilet. The water ran under the flooring & came up between flooring seams. We tried several methods to soak it up, nothing worked. I am so happy I called Koch. They responded very quickly sending Michael & Fred. They were so thorough, explaining every step of the process.They took up the flooring to uncover the pooled water. They were very careful as not to damage the baseboard or cabinets. The job site was totally dry & clean when they left. Thank you for employing such knowledgeable professionals as Michael & Fred. I hope I don’t have to use restoration services again but if I do I would gladly call Koch & I would confidently refer anyone to Koch.

We had two large limbs removed from our backyard tree. Triple D tree service did a fantastic job, Curtis was more than upfront about the health condition of our trees. We would most definitely use them again. PJ and Carter were awesome helpers, everyone did a great job!

Triple D was absolutely fantastic!! I spoke with Gared for our estimate, and the crew that had showed, They were kind and respectful to us and our property, they understood and did exactly what we wanted done!! They went above and beyond I would highly recommend them!! ( Before and after pictures)

I would recommend them in heart beat. They were so professional in the way they approached the two huge magnolia trees that I wanted removed in my backyard. They were on time and took all the debris from the trees, cleaned the entire area and raked all debris and took it with them. They also swept the street of any leaves. I am very happy with their services and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Prime Plumbing is amazing! Every time I have called for myself or one of my real estate clients they have provided fast and excellent service. Alex was great to work with…he rearranged his schedule to come earlier than expected, gave me a very reasonable price and completed the work right then! We had a concrete pour show up early and realized we needed to add a hose bib BEFORE they poured the concrete or it would have been been too late to add one after that. I always recommend Prime Plumbing!!

Quick same day service replacing our water heater. Very clean professional job. Two other plumbers said they would call back and never did. Price was reasonable for the work done and the quality of the water heater. We recommend Prime Plumbing!

Fantastic service. Jimmy reached out to me late Saturday afternoon when I had called the weekend service that we lost hot water. He was at our home the next morning, Sunday, by 8:30 a.m. What a great guy. This is a great company with employees who care. Highly recommend.
