Curtis came by to assess if there was any mold growth in my rental apartment. He was thorough and polite. Did a thorough walk through and assessment. I was very pleased with his service and will use again in future if ever the situation is needed.

Curtis and his team are simply amazing! Scheduling an appointment was quick, easy and they were on time! We’ve reached out to their team on a few occasions, the first when they helped us remediate some mold in our garage from hurricane Ian and now with some drywall that was damaged from hurricane Milton and all the rain that comes with living in Florida!! Most of all they seem trustworthy which is so hard to get now a days! Look no further and hire Curtis and his team to do the job!

Enjoyed speaking with both Curtis and Brittany to get remediation setup at my place. I was not pleased with the service of the other 2 that were sent to actually do the remediation at my house. First off, I was told there would be no debris left over and they would take care of it. I had to leave them at my house working as I had a family emergency and they called me around 12 to say the services were done and completed. Imagine my confusion when I got home and I found all the vent covers missing, screws in random places in my house, a power tool left in my bathroom, and debris on the floor not vacuumed right under where the vents were. I had to call them to figure out where my vent covers were (they left them all in the garage). They explained when I called them why they didn't replace the covers and I understood but they should have explained to me the situation before leaving my house. I'm honestly not satisfied and their professionalism and even forgetting their tools at my house has me doubting if they completely the job right.

Ramon did an outstanding job fixing my bathroom shower after a previous plumber left it in worse condition. My kids didn't have cold water in their bathroom for over three weeks, but Ramon solved the issue efficiently and professionally. I had a fantastic experience with this Ramon. This vendor was sent by my landlord to install a new water heater because my old one was over 10 years old and it was not only a breeze to schedule but the install process was quick! I now have a bigger water heater and can finally take a nice hot shower! Best of all, Ramon follows up and makes sure that everything is working as should be.

I was looking for a water softener company, and I did thorough research online, and I came across this company. I read all the reviews and I felt really good about their online presence, so it led me to reach out. When I called, the owner, Bobby answered. We had a good conversation and the same way I felt good about their online presence, I felt even more reassured after speaking with Bobby on the phone. He has done an amazing job, and couldn't be more grateful to have come across this company online. Thank you!

A bit over a year ago I learned about this company through a radio promotion and called because they offered a free reverse osmosis system just by agreeing to a demo. Bobby was our salesman and did an excellent job with the demo. He told us the conditioning system we needed was $10k but could give it to us that day for $7k. We stupidly committed, acquired their financing, and got the system installed the same week. In the wrong location initially. The tech had to start over and move the system to where Bobby and I agreed it would go. I also had to mention to the tech about the reverse osmosis system for under our sink. He didn’t seem to know that he was supposed to install one. (Side note, the tech was not from Pure Water. His vehicle was labeled with another companies signage. Meaning they were subcontracted. Overall the system works just fine, but I truly believe we were ripped off. After talking to multiple other people with similar systems, and better systems I came to find out that paying $7k for a super basic water conditioner is absurd. Like I said, the system seems to work fine, but beware of the sales tactics and do your research before you get fooled like we did.

I’ve been working with Pure Water Changes for a few months now, what got me excited about the business is how organically Bobby can grown the business by prioritizing customer service for all of his customers. People really love the water systems and drastically improved water in their homes after installation. Bobby always checks in with customers to make sure they’re fully set and satisfied, no wonder he’s grown so quickly over the years. Working at pure water changes has really shown me why it’s so important for people in Florida to install water treatment systems in their homes, I had no idea about how bad the water in Florida was before working here. Bobby provides the best service and price in FL so I’m very excited to be a part of a fast growing company!

Great presentation. We have the small one now for our bedroom and will be excited to purchase the whole house model in the future. What an awesome concept cleaning our air with water. Same way we clean everything else. Makes sense. The fact that they’ve been around for 80+ years is testament to the fact that they’re doing something right. Clean air in the home is sooo important and so often overlooked.

Arlene Mojica and Kristi came to demonstrate the Rainbow System, within just a few seconds you can feel the crispy clean air. This system purifies your home almost instantly. Also the vacuum attachment was one of the most shocking for me, it picked up dirt, dust mites and even glitter from Christmas time and mind you, I vacuumed the day before. These ladies are very friendly and are very attentive to your questions and make sure you really understand how it works! 1000000% recommend!!!!
