Couple that with the amazing team of professional to help you while making you feel like your friends and family all at the same time. They truly go above and beyond to resolve things as fast and best as possible. From the scheduling to the work being completed they do not stop until you’re taken care of. My wife and I cannot thank them enough for resolving our issues that 3 other companies could not. We have a unique “island” system - but D and his team had no issues figuring it out and fixed everything with care and perfection. Thank you Well Dr we will be life time customers.

He is the most thorough and dependable water well technician to have blessed us with his exceptional technical skills. - For over 20 years, we have had water wells and a wide variety of challenging more than annoying experiences. Unfortunately, because of the work ethics of so called competent water well technicians, I have endured many disappointments. - Recently, after replacing our old well, the new well stopped working. That well continually had electrical and bladder tank issues and did not provide water for 5 days. Water well techs, and electricians from other companies wasted our time and money. I called your company in the afternoon and explained my awful situation and pleaded for assistance. Fortunately, one of your young female employees “promised to quickly send a senior technician that would repair my well that night”. I thank God that Dee checked out and repaired our water well and sent a very reasonable bill. - I hope and pray that our water well continues to work for a long time. If it ever needs to be repaired again, we will quickly call your company and request Dee’s very professional, effective, and courteous assistance. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

My well/pump went out and I had no water in my home. Christmas guests were arriving and Dee came to my rescue. He was at my house around 6:30pm and was there a couple of hours. Fitbit fixed and running for me! His professionalism is 5 star! I highly recommend him for any of your well or pump needs!

New to the area we didn't know who to call for our well & pump problem. So I went to the reviews to see who to contact. Did I do right in selecting North Fl Well Drilling. Eric came out late in the evening. Finding out it was our pump an not knowing where the well was he started digging following the electric cable. Around 11 that night he found the well. Eric came back next morning an replaced the pump an rusty old lines. I highly recommend them not only for there work knowledge but truly being honest an kind in there billing. Thank you so much for all you did.

We had a water tank rupture this past week leaving hundreds of gallons of water flooding the yard, we call on Friday afternoon and explained the situation by Monday morning the awesome crew which included Eric, Nate, and Josh were so polite and efficient came out and fixed everything literally in less than an hour,, They are very professional and patient with the elderly and did not try to upsell us on a bunch of things that were not necessary. I highly recommend this company and its associates and will use them for all of my future well and plumbing needs.

Cody was my plumbing technician. He knew I was on a budget and worked quickly to resolve my clogged issue. I am so excited that my washing machine and sink are no longer backed up. I used Triple S Plumbing last week to have my septic drained and they were on time efficient, affordable and very friendly. I am so grateful to be able to have a company that I can call and depend on.

Thought I had a septic backup last night so I called Triple S. in the morning to see if they could get me in for an emergency pump out. Laurie was so nice, she got me on the schedule right away (even though I’m all the way out in Putnam) and David was here in a couple hours. Turns out we didn’t have a backup but we still got it pumped since it had been a few years. David was super nice and helpful - everything is flushing normal now! Thank you for coming out on such short notice!

I have been using Triple S Plumbing over the past 20 years whenever I was in need. Plumbers are expensive...just accept it. You are paying for experience and quality work. Don't try and fix plumbing on your own, it will most likely not go as planned. Triple S are experts and I highly recommend them.

I can’t begin to describe the truly amazing experience my husband and I had by having our wedding at Epping Forest. Our venue coordinator, Ernestine, made our experience from the moment we came in for a tour, to the end of the night at our wedding, unforgettable. She was extremely knowledgeable, positive, and enthusiastic about making our day go great! Our bridal attendant, Kathy was so so helpful, from helping me with my train, to bustling my dress, to even grabbing my husband and I drinks (without us saying a word). She made our night go so smoothly! Besides the absolute gorgeousness of the mansion and grounds, the service and food at Epping is unmatched. 70% of our wedding guests were from out of town, and choosing a classic “Jacksonville” venue was important to us, and Epping delivered. Guests RAVED like seriously raved about everything. If you are on the fence, here’s your sign!
