My house was all but destroyed in a fire and ServPro was helpful (at first) with providing quotes for rebuild and cleaning smoky clothes. That is, however, until our very expensive winter coats mysteriously disappeared, even though it was the second smaller batch of clothes we needed cleaned. Pretty wild how nobody knows what we are talking about. Bottom line: When you’re at the bottom, make sure you’re documenting and riding people because there’s always someone ready to screw you over. We recently learned that our house had mold in several areas, and I began getting estimates for the remediation. The first two companies that came out were only going to do the remediation without repairing or replacing any drywall or flooring that they would have to take out, leaving me to find another contractor for the final repairs. Then a friend who works in maintenance at a large office property that has used Mold N More for mold removal at their property recommended that I call the owner, Angela, and I’m certainly glad I did. Not only was her price much lower than the other estimates, but she also included full repairs upon completing the remediation. And even replaced drywall that was removed to replace the a/c by a different contractor, which was way outside the scope of mold remediation. Also, she personally has acted more like a general contractor for this job, coordinating with the a/c contractor, recommending and coordinating with an electrician for some uncovered electrical repairs, and an insulation company to replace the attic insulation. She has made this trying process much more manageable than it otherwise would have been, and I’m sure glad that I didn’t hire any other company.

I recently bought a house that had a heavy smoker for 20 yrs. They remediated the entire space, including walls, floor, ceiling, underside of counters, switch plates, ceiling light fixtures, AC air handler and air ducts... basically every imaginable surface. Very professional, punctual, reasonably priced.

On-Time Pool Service has done a phenomenal job of getting our pool up and running after the hurricanes. Their response time and expertise is fantastic. They have our gratitude and 100% endorsement. They are truly a company that provides customer satisfaction. We could not be happier.

On-Time Pool Service replaced a 12-year-old, residential, 20,000-gallon pool pump system consisting of a fixed speed pump, cartridge filter, and saltwater chlorine generator (see photos). A work crew headed by Justin (lead) and Ken (assistant) spent about 3 hours removing the old system and installing a new system consisting of a variable speed pump (Pentair VST), cartridge filter (Pentair Clean and Clear), and automatic chlorinator (see photos). The pump was programmed, and the work area was completely picked up prior to departure. Justin and Ken were very professional, well equipped, and knowledgeable. Jason (work coordinator, not shown) provided a prompt, informative, and cost-effective response to our request for cost estimate. The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with the work completed. Hats off and two thumbs up to all for a job well done.

They clean every part of the pool, check the chemicals, and ensure the water is crystal clear. Our water heater went out on Sunday night. A friend in Grand Palm recommended The Water Heater Guys. We called Monday late morning, texted them pictures of our existing water heater, received a quote a few minutes later. We agreed with quote. They sent a man out that day. He was here at 3:30 finished the job in 2 hours. It worked perfectly ever since. We highly recommend Sarasota Water heater guys.

We had Charles from The Water Heater Guy here yesterday to replace our 20 year old water heater. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and efficiently completed the job in about an hour. Left our garage clean and took away our old heater. It was simple to organize a quote and we are very pleased - we would recommend them.

The installer for my hot water heater was on time. He did a fabulous job and He installed it, piped it To the New expansion tank in just under 45 minutes. Very friendly very helpful thank you guys for all your help and your prompt service as well as great prices.
