Island Repairs and Remodeling did an awesome job replacing my old cedar siding with Hardie board siding on two sections on my house including around the front window. Ben and his crew were great.

Ben and his crew were fantastic! I had interviewed three different contractors for my master bath remodel and didn’t feel comfortable committing to any. Island Repairs came highly recommended by a neighbor and after our first meeting - I knew he was the guy. Courteous, professional, always timely with his communication and response. His crew was there early every day and they cleaned before leaving each afternoon. I arranged for this company to build a dune walk over in Atlantic Beach at our home. I like to give a mid project review on some occasions and we are at that point now. Among the bids for the boardwalk Vie was the lowest of three companies. Because of some prior experience 10 to 20 years ago, I knew Vie would be a good company to work on our project. John Waldrup is the company owner. Really nice guy and was great at getting our project done, in a very expeditious manner. The workers on the team are Curtis, Eric, Wade, and Harlan, who joined today. They were all really helpful at keeping our driveway open despite huge amounts of lumber. They were very friendly and communicative during the course of the workday. The job professionalism has been superb. I think when they are finished, I will write another review that will be five stars plus. This company was great at getting the high quality job done on time, having a very reasonable budget, and communication throughout the process.

We have been using Vie for landscaping and handyman services for years and are very happy! Everyone here is professional, reliable and honest. They take great care of their clients and are responsive to all your needs.

I’ve been with Vie for years, and that says a lot! The cleaners are always just great: friendly, professional, thorough, helpful, accommodating. They have a routine that they work through, but they will do work as you request. I have asked for a little extra attention in certain areas, and they have helped me clean the dryer vents, and also sponge out the dishwasher when it leaked dirty water into the bottom. So glad to have them there. Most of the cleaners are Spanish speakers, and I think each team has one person who speaks English fluently. I have never had a problem. Lindsay, the office manager, does a great job communicating. She sends out reminders & confirms your cleaning time. She will let you know if the crew is running a little early or late. If you have a specific cleaning need, she will communicate it to the team. I trust Vie in all aspects of their work.

These guys did a great job rebuilding and waterproofing my deck. They answered my questions and built exactly what I wanted. They also showed up on time and completed the work on time. The deck looks great and i know it will last long after we have moved into our next house years from now. I highly recommend them!

Everyone at the Paul Davis location in St Augustine is always extremely responsive and dedicated to taking care of the customer. I first started working with them after my home was struck by lightning in 2010, and through 3 hurricanes and 4' of water. Would never consider anyone else!

The Paul Davis Restoration team members in St. Augustine provided a competitive quote, were exceptionally responsive and were a pleasure to work with, following a flood inside our home due to a plumbing leak. By every measure, we could not be more pleased. Ron Chenoweth, the project manager, had a quote to us in less than 48 hours. The competition took 10 days. As we made scope changes along the way, Ron was responsive and helpful -- always the gentleman -- and helped us reduce costs. The workmen were good people that we were pleased to have in our home. They worked efficiently and effectively. I'm an experienced and discerning "buyer," but I can wholeheartedly say we received 5-star service at a fair and competitive cost.
