Today, January 29, 2025, Darrell Crews Septic Services techs came to my house in Yulee for a preventative maintenance pump-out of my septic system. I made my call to them at 8:30 am this morning and they were at my house just before noon and this was a non-emergency service request. This was my first experience with Darrell Crews Septic Service, and I was thoroughly impressed by Forest and his assistant tech. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. In the past, I had another local company service my septic system, but they often caused problems and never performed a pump-out as thoroughly as Darrell’s techs did. We had water in our house from a pipe burst. Our residential dehumidifiers and fans were not doing enough. Restorations rangers responded quickly with industrial dehumidifiers and a dozen fans! They were finished in a couple days and the drywall is dry. They saved my largest asset from mold.

Highly recommend. We had already dealt with water in this county before. However when we moved 12 mi away IT WAS HORRIBLE.Our water softener and aerator did nothing. They explained how the air was oxidizing more iron. The water in the tub was brown! They installed 1unit, handled everything. Including the sulfur smell. Plus they did a follow up call after installation. We used the big name company for years in the past. It's just a name. These guys know what they are doing. Thank you Waterboys!

This company sent out two guys to give me a quote on a new system. They came out and noticed all I had was a clog. The two guys took it on to clear the copy and get me up and running they then insurgency my system and found the clog was my only issue. They fixed me and let me flow... absolutely honesty and great guys... company matches the attitude of the employees.... great company

Called on the 13th of Aug because my light on my septic came on. The lady was very nice. Said someone would come and look at it that day. The day came and gone. No call no show. Called the next day to let them know no one showed up or called. The lady seemed genuinely shocked no one showed up. She said she would deal with it and someone would be there that day. Well.....the day came and went. No call no show again. I ended up using someone else.
