I never usually treat myself but I am so happy I decided to get a facial & massage at Still Waters !!! Take this as your sign! My facial was done by Brandy and not only did it feel AMAZING but she was so knowledgeable about my skin type and helped me figure out problem spots I’ve had trouble with for years!! Then I had my massage with Tosha and I can’t brag enough. I’ve never had a massage before so I was a little nervous but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Both these employees were very professional but also made me feel at home in their care. I can’t wait to come back!! 10/10

I had a great first experience! As soon as you enter you feel pampered with the robe and slippers! It was just what I needed! Birthday gift to myself, amazing massage completed by Ben, probably the best one I have had in a long time! I added the scalp add on and the foot add on, definitely was worth it! Loved every bit of it! Definitely recommend! I will definitely be back!

I first started coming to Still Waters about a year and a half ago. A friend recommended their facials so I decided to make an appointment and give it a try! I loved my facial with Megan so much that I signed up for their monthly membership and haven’t looked back. I went throughout my entire pregnancy and even after while nursing. As a new mom it’s definitely something I look forward to every month and it gives me a solid hour of “me time.” I highly recommend giving Still Waters a try! I plan to make an appointment for laser removal soon and feel comfortable with their wonderfully trained staff. 10/10

Great experience with Peaden. Michael came out on Friday, arrived on time. After he checked out my water heater he went over my options. I decided to have the water heater replaced. The cost of the replacement, install, and to bring everything up to code was very reasonable. Michael got everything set up for the next day. Saturday Vincent made sure to update me on his arrival time, and showed up when he said he would. As with everyone I've spoken to or dealt with at Peaden, Vincent was friendly, got my water heater installed, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I'm very pleased with everything.

I was extremely impressed with Peaden and the two techs that did my service call. There was continuous communication from the time I made the appointment to when they showed at my house. There was emails, text and a phone call to keep me updated. When the techs arrived both were knowledgeable and professional. And I appreciate their honesty. After doing a thorough diagnostic on my pool heat pump they notified me that nothing was wrong and explained what was probably was going on with my system. I was all maintenance and repair companies were like Peaden. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future

Best detailed generator estimate I have ever had. Thank you! Just had the generator installed. They made sure to clean up. It was great. Tom came back after propane was added and explained everything to me again. So quite in comparison to a lawn mower.

Very efficient, experienced, professional, skilled service from Dean corrected a blocked main drain that had caused sewer backup. Firm prices and options were provided in advance. He rapidly did a superior job and reinstalled my toilet better than it had been before. Scheduling was also fast, pleasant and easy with very nice staff. Highly recommend both the company and Dean!!

From the time I placed the call to the arrival of the plumbing crew took an hour. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous and thorough. The problem was minor and a solution provided. I can’t thank this company enough. I’d highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs

Where to start! After a horrible experience with another company I called this place in desperate need of someone to empty and service an above ground grease trap that we were pretty sure was never serviced… we are new owners to an existing restaurant. They worked us into that days schedule and even arrived two hours early as the tech had finished the previous job early. He was very thorough and o could tell he knew what he was doing which put me at ease. He presented options to me for the service needed and explained the difference in the service included in each option. He did magic work on our grease trap! It’s looks amazing and the drains are clear! Very grateful for their customer service person being compassionate to our urgent situation and grateful that the technician was so knowledgeable and kind. 100% recommend!

We had an emergency on Christmas Eve, called all around an obviously they were all closed. Called this company and they sent Steve who immediately got to work and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He identified the issue quickly and gave us the exact information we needed to resovle the issue, which we did the next day thanks to him. This is the company to call for emergencies and I behoove you to request Steve if possible.

Had a burst water main & Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out and re-piped my entire house to the city line. I initially had 0 problem with the job or the company. But this was on July 19th of 2016…fast forward to 3 weeks ago when I called for a simple request…I’m planning on selling my house shortly and was just looking for the documentation to show the new buyers that my home has been repiped by professionals. I’ve since called back 4 times now and the response is to put me on hold and give me absolutely 0 information apart from that they can’t find any record whatsoever of working at my home. I’ve been told that the company isn’t owned by the same people (it was Benjamin Franklin then and it is the same now), been asked what proof I had, had absolutely 0 call back from any manager, they refuse to give me a contact or email address of someone above the call center rep. Last call I finally got through to a call center supervisor named Nicholas…that was two weeks ago and I was told everything I was telling him was “tracking” and that he would get back to me with more information. That was two weeks ago. I’m sorry but when you ask a so called reputable company for simple contact information for someone higher up in the company and they flat out refuse that is a massive red flag. My fault apparently for paying cash for this job as I was a new homeowner at the time and definitely feel advantage of now. Not to mention it turns out they didn’t even pull a permit so now I get to deal with that also. Before allowing this company to do any work on your home make sure they have all the permits pulled and you get your invoices! I am happy they are at least accredited with the Better Business Bureau because I will be contacting them next and also the county. I’m quite positive that I’m wasting my time writing this review as I’m sure it will not warrant a phone call back from management. Hopefully it will help someone else and I’m sure I’m not the first or last person this has been done to.

Steve Buzzle review Who does this ?!?! I’ve never posted a review, but I encountered a very special person last night. All I needed was a faucet switched out for my washing machine. The technician, Steve Buzzle with Franklin plumbing had described to me in digestible detail what he was about to do to make sure I was comfortable with it. I was and he proceeded to change out the faucet for the washing machine. One of the initial steps, of course, is to turn the water main off, which he said would be simple. I walked out with him and he uncovered the lid to the underground water main only to discover a huge, very populated beehive! I was ready for him to turn around and say “Sorry sir, this is not what we do. Please get the beehive removed, then give us a call and we will return.” Instead, he made attempts to reach in to the opening, but there were just too many bees swarming. He asked me if I had any insect spray. He found some in my garage, went and sprayed the area and went back inside to do another small project for me. He asked me if I would assist him when he finished that small project. I told him I would. I sat down to watch TV with my wife. About 30 minutes later he he came into the living room and said “OK I’m finished.” He didn’t even come and let me know when he was ready to go back out because my wife and I were watching TV and he didn’t want to disturb us. Instead he went out and faced those bees by himself and there were a lot of them still alive! Steve needs to give seminars in amazing customer service!

I've honestly had pretty good luck with the city of Niceville. However, the lady at the front is something. Just straight attitude right off the bat.

Called me when they detected a leak (sprinkler system broke underground), always answer quickly, relatively cheap water. No complaints

My experience with the individual helping me on the phone recently was unpleasant and she ended up not being helpful at all. Walked in their office to pay a bill and I was taken aback by an employee’s demeanor/attitude toward me. Surprised nothing has been done despite the negative reviews of this office.

I came home Thursday night and turned on the lights in my Study and heard this loud pop and all the ceiling lights went out. I thought I might have just blown the fuse for the lights in the study, but something told me it was more. I went to the fuse box and reset the fuses and came back to the study and checked....still no lights. So now I knew it was time to call for help. It was time to call in the Big Guns! So I called Mister Sparky to send out an Electrician to figure out what was wrong. They sent me out Brett Adams, and he figured out the problem in no time. I had replaced all the lights in my house with new LED light fixtures, but I had left the old housings in and just attached the new LEDs to the old housings. These old housings had a device built-in to them that acted like a starter does in a florescent light system, and this caused a reaction between the old and new technologies which was the loud pop I heard when the two reacted and blew up. Brett was extremely knowledgeable and knew all about this, as well as what it was going to take to get it fixed. Brett got right on the repairs as soon as I gave him the okay to proceed and was done shortly afterwards. Brett is a true professional and does quality work. I would highly recommend Brett, both for his professionalism and his skills. If Mister Sparky will let you ask for him by name I would certainly do so.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Triston from Mister Sparky! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Triston recently installed a new ceiling fan in my bedroom and took care of a couple of broken outlets. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly an expert in his field. He carefully explained the process, ensuring I understood everything before starting. The ceiling fan installation was seamless and precise, and he even took the time to clean up afterward. Not stopping there, he efficiently fixed my problematic outlets without any hassle. Triston’s attention to detail and commitment to quality work were evident throughout the entire experience. It’s such a relief knowing everything was handled safely and efficiently. I cannot recommend Triston and Mister Sparky highly enough. If you need any electrical work done, he’s your guy!

I’m extremely happy with the work done by JP. He’s a very knowledgeable young man and he went above and beyond and always with a smile! I will never call any other electric company but definitely I will always want JP to come to my house if I need repairs. JP was very clean and made sure everything was done properly and he also made sure I was happy with his work. All I can say is WOW! I’m very happy and would definitely let everyone know how good and dedicated JP is! Thank you so much for a GREAT JOB done!
