I never leave reviews but they did such great job for us twice that I wanted to say something. This is the second time they helped us with mold remediation and it was at two different properties. They were competitively priced, easy to work with, and they kept their word and time lines. We were in a hurry and they made sure to accommodate us. Williams Restoration came highly recommended and did a great job when we had our leak in our bathroom. They took care of all the water remediation and we discovered we had a lot of mold in the process which they got rid of promptly as well. Very nice and professional and always on time.

Called this company for what I thought was a leak in my townhome unit. I was frantic. Dana was not only courteous but fit me in his schedule first thing in the morning the very next day. He was friendly and not only did a pressure test on my unit but the one behind me. I passed my neighbor who is out of the country on business failed. He then shut off my neighbors water completely to save any more damage done to my home but saved my neighbors unit as well. He also followed up with me that afternoon via text and called me again this morning to follow up. Now that's great service!!!!

Called out OC Leak Detection and was able to get someone out the next day, they were very thorough and were able to find a leak I didn't even realize I had, they were also able to handle the water damage and took very good care of my furniture, would recommend.

Amazing customer service! Alex and his colleague were prompt, reliable, courteous and knowledgeable. We had called 2 septic companies prior to Poo Man, and they couldn't locate the tank. 10 minutes into the visit, these guys were already pumping the darn thing! Alex gave me his honest opinion about our tank and drain field, and the fee was very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending them.
