Here photographing a proposal - perfect light and setting. Key Colony Point is one of the best maintained condo resort communities. And i’ve worked at hundreds in the Keys! Someone really takes pride in their work! It’s idyllically situated - you will watch sunsets and birds and boats on busy waterway. Never a dull moment. And if the on property beach, dock and pool aren’t enough the local beaches are nearby!

Been staying here for years and there is honestly no better condo unit. So extremely friendly, everything is always clean, there is not one thing I could even think to complain about. Sunsets are gorgeous from all the balconies, and you see wildlife shows from the balconies most people have to pay to see. Thank you for providing such a perfect place to stay in paradise!

Key Colony is a well laid out community with nice bike lanes, parks, a golf course and oceanfront resorts. Everyone we met was super nice. The only downside is the sheer number of private property, no trespassing, no parking signs, etc in the entire community. It was enough to support an entire industry and it gave the neighborhood and unwelcome feeling.

Terrible place. Bug infestations in some of the houses. The "code enforcement" guy is a nit wit and very rude. The Mayor is friendly but useless. Do yourself a favor and stay in a better place. I received a $100 ticket for being to close to the center line of the road like another reviewer. City officials need to remove their head from the rear end and realize if you are going to have city ordinances to keep the right of way clear, that includes the residents bushes and shrubs too. And fun fact, whatever idiot typed up your "citation" need to learn grammar. Hey mayor, for the low price of $100, give me a call and I will explain the grammatical error on your ticket if you want.

What a joke this place is. Got a 100 dollar fine because our trailer was to close to the center line of the road. No warning to move just heres your fine. The tailer was fully backed in the drive way by at least 4 ft but only 16 ft from the center line. Come down here pour money into the local economy and your reward is a fine for some stupid obscure rule that you have no way of even knowing about. Keep in mind there are cars and trucks all over that are actually sticking out in the road. Officer Tony your a true A hole and I hope you end up miserable and alone.

I will start by saying the cabana club and pool and small beach are great, the people there are extremely nice and friendly. NOW TO THE ONE STAR, the house we stayed in was filled.with bug and termites, the wings from the termites was all over every dish, pot, pan, EVERYTHING. the one star is also reflected by the attitude and pure disrespect from the "code enforcement" guy, William "willy" Burch you do not have the authority to go o to someone's propert and move things, we received a 100 "citations" from willy from out trailer being to close to the center line of the road, as far as I could see we where the only ones who received the citation, even tho there where loafs of others cars, trucks, trailers, boats, with in that same distance. There was also no proof or hard evidence provided to prove the trailer was with in that distance to the road. It was a great trip, BUT STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Key Conley Beach is an absolute joke.
