We had water in our house from a pipe burst. Our residential dehumidifiers and fans were not doing enough. Restorations rangers responded quickly with industrial dehumidifiers and a dozen fans! They were finished in a couple days and the drywall is dry. They saved my largest asset from mold.

Phenomenal service. The only restoration company you can trust to not use pressure and fear to fork over ungodly sums for water damage. I called Rick about water damage I discovered from a hose bib leaking into my wall. It was likely leaking for several weeks based on the amount of insulation and wall that was wet. This was about a day before I was scheduled to leave the country. He came out to assess the damage, assured me it wasn’t the end of the world, and worked me into his schedule at 7:00am the next day to do the demo, spray anti-mold stuff, and get me set up with a professional grade dehumidifier before we left for the airport at 9:00am. The machine ran while we were on vacation so everything was dry when I came home. A stressful situation that a lesser restoration company would have used to charge me thousands was solved for hundreds thanks to Rick. I can’t recommend him enough. He saved my vacation. I overflowed my tub, it was a nightmare and got 2 rooms and the bathroom completely soaked. I thought it was something I could handle and rented an extractor. I quickly realized this job was beyond my control and called Anderson Restoration. Shane and his guys showed up very quickly to assess what needed to be done. They took readings of what was wet and started taking off baseboards right away. They set up dehumidifiers and fans to start drying the damage. They checked back in every day until the readings were clear. It took nearly a week to get fully dry but on the last day they spray and sanitize to stop any mold growth. These guys were great and I would highly recommend to anyone that has water problems.

Our venue coordinator, Ernestine, made our experience from the moment we came in for a tour, to the end of the night at our wedding, unforgettable. Our bridal attendant, Kathy was so so helpful, from helping me with my train, to bustling my dress, to even grabbing my husband and I drinks (without us saying a word). Besides the absolute gorgeousness of the mansion and grounds, the service and food at Epping is unmatched. 70% of our wedding guests were from out of town, and choosing a classic “Jacksonville” venue was important to us, and Epping delivered. I had a junior tennis tournament this past weekend and my experience was not the best. It was unforgettable in the wrong way. The tournament director Scott Miller was very rude from the start. As soon as I walked in he was giving me rude and disrespectful responses. As a player who just came to play and attempt to win I feel disappointed, disgusted, and disrespected that this was how I was treated. Not to mention when other players were checking in he was very polite and kind towards them. But me? No, he was not that at all. He was rushing me as if we had zero time to get on court even though I got there at 3:09 to check in and get ready to warm up and stretch. The intended match start time was 3:30. I felt extremely rushed and that is not how players should be treated. My opponent was also a member of this club and the director and co-directors seemed to have a bias opinion towards her and seemed to be favoring her over me which is just not fair. Thank you.

Neighborhood is nice but the traffic is awful and dangerous getting in and out of the neighborhood! Every week day you have a 20-30 min line you have to wait in to leave for work. Line is most congested between 6:50am and 9am Monday through Friday. Traffic light has been in works supposedly for years and now the new timeframe is Feb 2025! The neighborhood continues to expand internationally and the surrounding area continues to expand as well but it’s a safety issue leaving your neighborhood every morning. Debris from accidents builds up regularly at exit leaving the neighborhood.It’s a shame.

Which always results in more repairs and more money. NOT THESE GUYS! Lettow Plumbing came out, gave an honest quote, and took the time to explain why certain things need to be repaired and the cost of doing it cheap. Where do I begin? I submitted a request on Friday morning and received a call right away! They were ready to come out the same day, but since it wasn’t urgent, we scheduled for Monday instead. The communication was outstanding—I received two updates on the ETA, which was much appreciated! DJ and Andy (the crew) arrived, diagnosed the issue in minutes, and even had the replacement part (a new toilet) with them on the truck! Within 90 minutes of their arrival, I had a clear diagnosis and a new toilet installed. I recently had the pleasure of working with "The Grateful Plumber" to install a bidet and replace three old water heater pipes with shut-off valves. Patrick, the plumber, was exceptional. I own a construction company and hired Grateful Plumber to come unclog a grease plug in the drain pipe under the kitchen slab for a kitchen remodel I was doing. No materials were purchased, just labor and tools provided to unclog the drain. They got the drain working again, which was great, but they charged $999 for someone to be there for under two hours. This was after I paid $99 for the service call and then no one called to tell me it would be another $900 to have the work done. They just did it and then called me with the price! I have no problem with the service (they did a great job of what they were hired to do), but I would never call them again because of their pricing. And before they can respond with the old spiel of "inflation" blah blah blah, I am a GC and work with numerous plumbers. NO ONE is charging this much for labor. Unfortunately none of my guys could get out there in time, so I was trying these guys out. It will be my last time and I highly suggest anyone else looking for a plumber gets multiple quotes if you're thinking about using these guys.
