My experience with Graystone has been amazing. My kitchen had a leak and trough the insurance I got the pleasure of meeting them. Michael got here at my house at 10 pm and seen people working and trying to help me made me feel better. Don has been more then awesome. They explained everything so detailed. I will recommend them to anyone and I will always be grateful for everything.

Recently worked with Graystone for renovations on an insurance claim at my home and was very pleased with the experience and timeline for the project. The project manager, Tim, was responsive and an advocate for us to get quality replacement cabinets and flooring. The work was completed in a timely manner, which was much appreciated. Following the renovation, Tim made sure all small and final touches were completed to satisfaction. Very happy with the outcome & would recommend based on my experience.

When our house flooded due to a plumbing back up, our Insurance company put us in contact with Graystone for mitigation and we are so glad they did!! Everyone at Graystone was kind, professional, hard working, and exceeded all our expectations. Cliff immediately came out and assessed our situation and started the mitigation process. Cliff did a great job and Crystal was incredibly helpful in navigating our concerns, caring for our contents, and helped us deal with insurance as this was our first claim. She was so kind to us and went above and beyond! We specifically requested to stay with Graystone for the actual repair and restoration work as well. Our project manager, Jason, was on top of everything! He was so great to work with and once he got started, the work was done very efficiently with excellence. Our project wrapped up just before Helen and Milton hit, and we’ve been referring Graystone to anyone we know who was affected. We love our home and we can’t thank Graystone enough! This is excellent company that helped us tremendously in a very confusing and difficult time. Their compassion for people is what truly sets them apart. Five stars well earned.

I cannot express fully how Damon and Cory went the extra mile to dry my kitchen and upstairs bathroom after an upstairs toilet tank cracked and flooded my house. They both took copious readings all over my floors, walls, and cabinets EVERY DAY DURING THANKSGIVING and documented all the daily readings. Damon brought in all the equipment at 6:00 The first night after it had been reported to my insurance company and spent a few hours setting it up, removing crown molding, sheet rock, and cutting holes to dry out the wood and sheetrock. Damon was very professional, polite, and spared no time in providing the best service possible. Cory came 2 days and provided the same level of service. I have to say, Cory was the first millennial worker who worked with such professionalism, attention to detail, and friendliness like NO OTHER service provider in his age group. Did I mention how well they cleaned up after themselves? I recommend ADS if you need water drying services after flooding!

As with any home casualty the remediation team really makes a difference. Short story is ADS and Nick responded to a water Intrusion that lead to a collapsed ceiling. ADS tested potentially effected area, cleared additional threatened material and secured the space for dehumidification. Have faith in the process, it takes time. But the efforts were fruitful. Space is dry and clean. The next step is a renewal job for another post!

We recently had some water damage from heavy winds & rain. The ADS technician, Justin, was knowledgable, professional and very kind. I was very thankful to have such a wonderful person support us with our water issue as we are first time home-owners and this was a totally new experience for us. The picture is from *BEFORE* ADS came, the green fan is our personal fan we put in the room. When ADS/Justin came, he ended up putting a de-humidifier in the room which got rid of any remaining moisture.

Sam, colt, and Omar have been phenomenal. They are very responsive, treated my belongings as if it was their own. And took care of us in disaster greatly. Loved the quick and fast flow! Thanks for taking care of me!

I can not express how Great this company is , They were very responsive, they always called, they showed up on a Sunday because of emergency reasons, they are there when they say they will be, communication was great . Their work embassy not 1/2 @SS , they care about the customer and if we are satisfied. They cleaned up everything, not a missed piece . I can't say enough about them. It's hard to find a company nowadays that cares about their work, with the amount of competition out there you won't be sorry choosing this company. I highly recommend them ,you won't be disappointed. Great People Great work ,Great Company that will go out of their way to make the Client happy. !!!!!!

One of my neighbors got a flooding in her two story house and she was in panic as her floors got ruined. She called me to ask me for help and I immediately referred her to Samuel Biggs, whom I have previously known due to a similar incident. He was at the house within an hour of calling him, assessed the situation and started the remediation process. He was an invaluable help as she had to deal with her insurance company and he advised her all the way.

Patrick and his team were excellent to project with. They were fair in pricing, fast yet thorough with all of their work, and all personable. Our task was a fairly intensive one where we had to dry out walls, put up new drywall, texture, repaint, etc. Their work across all of the above exceeded my expectations. 10/10

The team showed up and ready to do whatever was necessary to get my building as it was. I was treated with the utmost respect and they all had a awesome sense of humor. I enjoyed working with them.

Sunstate drilling installed my well for Adams homes 3 years ago. They used the bare minimum that was required. Not only did it burn up but the entire well has to be replaced not just the pump. They are not going to warranty anything. Told me to call another company that told me it will cost almost $10,000 to replace. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Run from these people.not only that but when they did come out one of their guys dropped a bolt or something as they were taking it apart and blamed me because I said a bolt was sucked out during the storm. I’m going to add a picture of where it was sucked out so please feel free to explain to me how this bolt fell into the well. I’m not stupid but the people working for you are. It was sucked out of the electrical portion.

Not at all happy with this company. Had them install a well for lawn irrigation only 8 years ago. During this time, it has constantly pulled up too much sand because the sprinkler heads were always clogged with sand. We also have gone through 3 pressure tanks in 8 years. We moved here from another state where we had a well for whole house water as well as irrigation. When we left that state, the well was 18 years and still going strong! We only had to replace the pressure tank 1 time. So it seems to me that something is seriously wrong when the well here is pulling up too much sand and we've gone through 3 pressure tanks. Last but not least, now I'm told the well is on its way to quitting. I do not recommend this company at all!

This company did the install on my water treatment system. When they installed the drain line for the purge they ran it about 5 feet past the property line. When a construction company was clearing the lot they tore the line up causing my entire system to fall and break apart. Chip told me this is common practice with installs so they don’t kill grass. Sue told me to prove they ran the line and another company didn’t do a repair and place the line there. Sue was very condescending with her tone of voice and ended up hanging up on me telling me she wasn’t going to do anything at all. Very unprofessional for a company to perform work like this and not take responsibility for it.
