Custom Water Systems - Naples

Mid afternoon visit. Had a great Grouper fish taco, one of the best I have had in Cape Coral area. Homemade pico and crema. Yum. Also pictured Shrimp Po’Boy. Great views on a fun outside patio. To top it off nicely, our server, Savannah, was chatty and friendly and offered up a little Island history. We will return. (Beer & Wine only). They offered a decent refreshing Sangria that I enjoyed with extra lemons.

1st time here. Had the crab cake sandwich and it was DELICIOUS. Crab cake full of crab, with a mango salsa and lime aioli. Our waitress, Rachel(?) was fantastic. Their house made vinegar for fries puts malt vinegar to shame. Very much an island vibe atmosphere to the place.

We stopped in for a late lunch on Saturday. Service was great, the staff was fast and friendly. Food was very good. We had the fried artichokes for an appetizer, great flavor, nice and crispy. My wife had the Buffalo chicken salad, and it was great. The chicken had great flavor and it was crisp, and the exterior was dry, so it wasn't soggy. Interior was juicy. I had the seafood Philly, not a combination I would have previously thought of - scallops, grouper, and shrimp with cheese, bell peppers, and onions. It was surprisingly very good. I like all of the ingredients, I would have never thought to make them into a Philly. We will definitely be back!

A BIG shout out to John and Pine Island Pool Supply! It definitely took some skills to make the pool and hot tub comfy and cozy this winter; not to mention keeping the eletric bill down! Thank you for the amazing job you did cutting the pool cover! I also appreciate their great customer and pool service monthly- keep it local folks!

Wow. Pine Island Pool Supply technicians did an amazing job cleaning up my pool after H. Milton After draining my pool these technicians pressure washed and mucked the mud and debris out of the pool. They worked until 9:00pm. Incredible. My pool is clean thanks to the hard work by this crew. Highly recommend John Lambert and Pine Island Pool Supply. Thank you. Renee

We love going to Galt Preserve! Great place to see Eagles and other wildlife! This is a image I took last week!

Beautiful bird watching. Spoonbills, cranes, wood storks, Ibis, ducks, hawks and a huge Eagle! and so much more. Nice hiking trails. Bring bug spray!

Dog friendly: Yes. There are waste stations but bring your own poop bags just in case. Bring your own water. Trails: Level with some tree roots so watch your step. It is obvious where the trails are but they are not blazed well so you don’t know which trail you are on unless you look at the map. I found the pdf version of the map on the website. The trails are mostly in the open and in the sun. There are boardwalks on portions of the trails. A portion of one trail is closed during bald eagle nesting season (Oct-May) but there are still plenty of trails available. Wildlife: We saw a black snake, a rabbit, and what were possibly bear tracks in a dry creek bed. Parking: Plenty of free spaces available on the pavement. Pavilions: There are two covered pavilions with tables.

I don’t usually run to google reviews and post negative feedback but this is one of those cases that I’ve already addressed to the company and it is still a problem. I’m coming home to find the service receipts laying out in the yard instead of at my front door as they used to be hung on the door handle. I called and asked they make a note to place at the door. There is nothing in the way of getting to the front door as you can see in the pictures. I’d rather electronic receipts at this point. The first time it was found in the ditch - I don’t have a picture of that one because I thought maybe the wind moved it, so let’s give the benefit of the doubt. The second time I found it on the driveway a few feet away from the garbage cans - I called and made the request. Today I found it right behind the wheel of the garbage can. Seriously. I will call tomorrow as well.

Extremely pleased with new pump installation, office personnel and especially technicians Tony & Dutch. Two of the nicest people I have dealt with since moving here 18 years ago. If anyone has anything bad to say about this company It’s You.

I’m giving 1 stars only because I couldn’t leave a review without at least 1 star. 0 stars is my real response because I believe all customers should receive excellent service. I scheduled a service appointment last week and was provided with a service date for today. Instead of servicing we were called today to say that they would not be coming due to an emergency. Apparently burned grass that is dying due to a failed well pump is not considered an emergency. When asked when they would reschedule they said tomorrow but would not guarantee service if another emergency arises. Maybe this is only an emergency type company you could count on. Not Sure.

Called before 9am and they got out to my house after lunch. Very fast response, great hard working guys who care about us neighbors having running water. The pump controller didn't fix our issue so a pressure tank was installed. Now it works better than ever. Reasonable market pricing as well. Very happy with EZ Well!

I am building a winter home and hired these clowns to drill a well and install a R/O system. I have had nothing but grief since then. The well was drilled in the wrong location on the property and then when they installed the R/O system they demanded payment on the spot even though I am in NJ and was coming down in a few weeks to make sure the system was installed and working properly before making the final payment! They are push and difficult to work with! My suggestion is to go with someone elses!

After two weeks of going back and forth between different drilling companies and a house without water, I Call to EZ Well Drilling. Jonathan answered the phone and understood the distress and immediately made an appointment for the next day. Osmani arrived and answered all questions in a professional and patient manner. The next day they already dug a new well for us and connected the house. I highly recommend a kind and professional team and the prices were the most attractive after a market survey in SWFL.
